mav519 intro, routine.

Hi everyone. Don't really know what all to say so i will just list my routine, stats, and goals.

I started PE 6/1/2005 with noob routine and dumb advice from a friend who said he gained an inch in 2 months just using vimax pills so i bought 2 bottles.

5 min warmup with rice sock
200 wet jelq
10 min manual stretching

Have since purchased the PM & JD and incorporated into my PE.

5 min rice sock
300 JD
200-300 wet jelq
15 min manual stretch
3-7 hours with PM

My starting stats were

BPEL 6.25
EL 5.25
FL 3.00
EG 4.50

As of 2 days ago and about 2 months of work I am at

FSEL 7.0 (so 6.5 BPEL?)
EG 5.0

Didnt measure everything yet as i feel its to early.

My goals I have, I will achieve no matter how long it takes.

1st goal is 7.00 EL X 5.50 EG
2nd goal is the magic 8x6
and so on...

Welcome to the forum, mav519. I think all of us at some time or another have been duped by people claiming to have achieved some gains with pills. I'm not saying its impossible, but its highly unlikely that JUST pills gave your friend those gains. Anyway, your starting stats were similar to mine, except of course you got me beat on the length. But, its good you conditioned for awhile with the newbie routine before you incorporated the jelq device. Well, good luck!

I would also like to say WELCOME to the forum. You will find a lot of support here. There are some wonderful people here. I am not a moderator, but I will say it for them PLEASE READ THE FORUM GUIDELINES. It's not to pick on you, it just makes it easier on everyone. It also makes things look nicer.

Nice goals and stats though, and some really nice gains! Keep at it, like you said you would, and things will go well for you.

Im now wondering if manual stretch should come before my Jelqing. It seems to make sense, so i think i will switch up my routine to

15-20min manual stretch
300-400 JD
200 or so wet jelq.


On a side note I just experimented with horses and ulis. They really pump you up! But I am still nervous about them, going to add them in slowly i think.

If you're new to PE, absolutely introduce the Uli and Horse 440 SLOWLY. These are very intense squeezes and hazardous to the untrained dick.

Small update. I have dropped wet jelqs altogether for now and am doing 2 a days with the jelq device. 300 morning and 200-300 night. I have also started light hanging 20min a day and finally gotten the hang of horses.

My size increase from last update is about 1/8" to girth and length both.

The penimaster I am not convinced does much of anything. I wear it alot and dont feel its doing much but will stick with it for awhile.

Yeah, some people swear by the penimaster, but like you am convinced it does little to nothing. I'm sure if you have the patience to wear it long enough, it will do something.

Personally, for good length gains, nothing and I mean NOTHING, beats hand stretching. Look at what DLD did!!!!

Just a little update. From June 1st to today Sept 25th, have gotten 3/4" length increase. Started 6 1/2" BPEL now 7 1/4" BPEL, so slowly but surely im getting results:)
