Good Afternoon,

Or morning as the case may be. I am Shoelaces. Call me Shoe if you like. I'm performing penis exercises. I noticed that the other members of this site call the process PE, so I will respect that in future references. I'll be using this thread to track my progress. More than likely, I will only update this post instead of adding new ones. It will be easier for me to follow that way so I apologize now for my selfishness. I'm 32 years old, 5'11" tall and weigh 218lbs. I weight lift at home to keep the Dunlop disease at bay.

Now everyone likes stories so I’m going to share mine. When I turned 18, one of the trips I made that day was to my local porn shop and picked up a flick called Chameleon’s ‘not the sequel’. I’ve ordered, received, and begun a two days on with one day off cycle using the Power Jelq Device and stretches. I love it. After warming up and getting through the first 15~20 reps the cock is warm and ready for the remainder of my exercises. I also have read on the LOT theory. Now most of my fellow members can hate me as my loss of tug couldn’t be any higher noon unless I pulled it through my belly button. So with that in mind, the PJ reps that go up, I can feel pulling at my anus. The stretch is phenomenal. The only way I can describe the feel is by comparing it to a good stretch during a chest work out. It just feels great. Now I haven’t measured since I received my PJ and I won’t until 15th of next month. I don’t suspect I’ll see 2” in length, but I do suspect at least a 1/2” gain. After the 4 week run.

I’m a big fan of slow and steady. There is no race for long cock as I will be the only winner in my personal struggle. I like the idea of using a supplement to aid in the building and healing process with healing being of more importance to me. I chose a penis enlargement supplement called Extagen. I plan on using its effects as part of the recovery phase. I don’t expect to rely on it for any boost in growth. I’m going to be the guinea pig for this combo over the next 5 months. *edit 8-8-05 LOT theory was misunderstood by me. My LOT is the typical 6 o'clock. The upwards stretch still rules all though.

It's been 2 weeks of a 2 on 1 off. I added Extagen supplements after the 1st week. I know I wrote that I wouldn't post anything for 3~4 weeks but.... I'm up 1/4" BPEL. The base of my member is now harder during erections and intercorse. More often than not I wake up to a rediculously hard erection. That's something that I haven't had since I was a teen. My wife was excited to know that I wasn't using a cockring anymore. And she's having a hard time getting it in her mouth. Hey Shoelaces, I hear ya on the erection thing. Even though being only 20, I didn’t get morning wood unless I really had to pee in the morning. Now, after just 3 weeks, holy jumpin! Just a quick message to let ya'll know I did achieve more gains. I just haven't had time to measure. Busy weekend this weekend. An update will definately be in the next day or two. I can't wait to bust out the string and tape measure.

I have not gotten lost. I swear.

My experiment has been succsessful. A little trial and error with the times of stretching and taking the suppliments. Please keep in mind the workouts are just before bedtime and this trial was focused on the effects of a penis pill for benifits surrounding recovery.

The short version:

First month-Pill, wait 30, warmup and use jelq device "under the influence": not a great stretch or a particularly good workout because the penis is so loose from the blood flow. The penis pills made it difficult to maintain a 85~95% errection. No growth gained in girth or length.

Second month-Pill, Warm up and use jelq device imediatly: This method provided a good warmdown as keeping the penis warm was much easier "under the influence". No growth gained in girth or length.

3rd moth-Warm up, stretch, warm down. Take penis pills at night... Got a 1/4 inch in length and girth is now 6" tip to base. Nothing like having a solid member to feed the wife.

My routine is minimal.
helicopter stretch
think of wife naked or surf porn to get required erection
Jelq Device 3 sets of 25 with the glans getting shiny on each stroke
Edge for about 15~30 minutes
Done.

With the above routine I was able to get the beloved redspots during my 3rd month but not the first 2. I view those as a sign of progress.

It's good to see you guys. I'm still truckin' Downside to all this... I could have used the first 2 months to bust another 1/2" if I had known ahead of time. But hey, that's why I'm posting it here, so someone else can do it. From my little experiment I found that getting blood flow in the penis area for the first few hours of sleep proved fruitfull. I'm no doctor, pharmicist, or professional. I work on PCS phone equipment. I just tried a little logic with the tools that were provided here and a little surfing the net. If any of you are struggling with getting gains.. try what I did.

Thanks 88. I'm all about careful. I've only experienced discomfort a couple of times. 'Twas cold in the house and I didn't warm up properly. It only took a couple of times to figure out why. No worries mate. And trust me, I'm still motivated.

Update:

My gains trailed off as my pill supply ended and my daughters bedtime is now later. The schedule at my house is getting cramped for time. If you'll notice my sig is updated with a September measurement. I've chosen to provide 1/4 inch measurements because I feel the 1/16" incremements is too nitpicky for me. So, when I say almost 7, I simply mean it's between 6.75 and 7.

I'm not getting any complaints from my spouse so I'll keep on truckin' along as time permits. My fear is that because of the reduced amount of time available for dedicated P.E. I'll only be able to maintain/cement my gains rather than add to them. Good luck to all in your road to "greatness".
