i have been using the PJ for about 100 jelqs 5-6 days a weeks. it definitely is a much more efficient jelq. are you doing yours 30-70% flaccid? i can only do about 10 before it gets too stiff and have to wait for it to subside.

You know, I had forgotten that when I first joined here my user name was cjones18. I saw someone looking at it the other day and opened it up. All I can say is thank you Betterman and everyone here who offers so much to this program! I actually started at 5.25" and am now at 6.75"!!!! And I ain't stopping until I hit 8"!!! My start date was 08/2004, but I wasn't really into the whole PE thing like I am now. I would say that I have been really at my routine for 14 months seriously. In the beggining I was just doing some light hand Jelq's. But what got me serious was I saw some results! Then I ordered the PM. After that I was into it for good! I just got the JD and I can already see results from it. I haven't measured girth in a while and I think I will wait until I have used the JD for a while before I do. Anyway, thanks again to everyone here for my 1.5"!!!!!!!

Dude that's an awesome story man. Yea I never adhered to the 3 hour rule. The only time I maybe didn't do the knuckle shuffle was right before jelqing, as sometimes it is difficult to get erect, but otherwise who cares. Like 10 said there's no scientific evidence supporting the rule.
