Hey everyone, my name is Eric and I've been PE'ing for about 1yr. on and off. I mostly did very light stretching, alot of jelqing and some light squeezes. I never really kept a schedule or a routine, I would just do it whenever I had time. I then bought the PJ and I really liked it, but again I didn't keep a routine up. I didn't gain anything that whole time!

I then said to myself, " I'm going to become a member to Betterman, and I'm going to stick with a schedule". So, I signed up, and started again on 5/1/05. I made up a routine, and I stuck with it for a week and a half. Then I got real busy with work, and became lazy again. Instead of doing it 5 times a week, it was more like 3 or 4. I measured today (7/31) with a full erection and I gained maybe 1/8 in girth and nothing in length. I've been eating better, and I've been taking one of the recommended supplements, but I also smoke a pack a day, and don't get a full 8hrs. every night. I try to go to bed early, but I just can't and then it's off to work for 7. When I get home, I hardly have enough time to do all my other crap, let alone doing PE for an hour. So, I came up with a routine that I hope I can keep and that will be affective more importantly. I would like to quit smoking, but it's very hard and plus I sort of enjoy it (sometimes). Any input is very much appreciated, and here's what I came up with for my availability to PE:
MONDAY:
5-8 min. warmup
light stretching until excited
2 sets of 50 wet jelqs (with a little massage in btw. sets)
3 sets of 50 slow jelqs with PJ (with a little massage in btw. sets)
warm down with stretching and hot wrap for 10-15 min.
TUESDAY:
5-8 min. warmup
light stretching
3 sets of 50 wet jelqs (with a little massage in btw. sets)
2 sets of 50 PJ's
warm down with stretching and hot wrap for 10-15 min.
WEDNESDAY:
10 min. warmup
light stretching
100 wet jelqs
50 PJ's
5 Uli's at 10 sec. each
5 jelq squashes at 10 sec. each
do penile slaps to get blood flowing again
5 Uli's at 20 sec. each
5 horse squeezes at 15 sec. each
warm down for 10 min.
THURSDAY:
rest
FRIDAY:

So, basically on wed. and sat., I have the most time, and I do my girth workouts. The other days, Mon., Tues., and Fri., I have less time. I want to do more stretching, but I'm going to do most of it after a workout, because when I do it in the beginning, I get to hard to quick. Another thing I have to do more is my kegel exercises, because I only do it when I PE. I have to learn to remember to do them during the day.
