Wink my progress, help a brother out!

Hey everyone, my name is Eric and I've been PE'ing for about 1yr. on and off. I mostly did very light stretching, alot of jelqing and some light squeezes. I never really kept a schedule or a routine, I would just do it whenever I had time. I then bought the PJ and I really liked it, but again I didn't keep a routine up. I didn't gain anything that whole time! I then said to myself, " I'm going to become a member to Betterman, and I'm going to stick with a schedule". So, I signed up, and started again on 5/1/05. I made up a routine, and I stuck with it for a week and a half. Then I got real busy with work, and became lazy again. Instead of doing it 5 times a week, it was more like 3 or 4. I measured today (7/31) with a full erection and I gained maybe 1/8 in girth and nothing in length. I've been eating better, and I've been taking one of the recommended supplements, but I also smoke a pack a day, and don't get a full 8hrs. every night. I try to go to bed early, but I just can't and then it's off to work for 7. When I get home, I hardly have enough time to do all my other crap, let alone doing PE for an hour. So, I came up with a routine that I hope I can keep and that will be affective more importantly. I would like to quit smoking, but it's very hard and plus I sort of enjoy it (sometimes). Any input is very much appreciated, and here's what I came up with for my availability to PE:

MONDAY:
5-8 min. warmup
light stretching until excited
2 sets of 50 wet jelqs (with a little massage in btw. sets)
3 sets of 50 slow jelqs with PJ (with a little massage in btw. sets)
warm down with stretching and hot wrap for 10-15 min.

TUESDAY:
5-8 min. warmup
light stretching
3 sets of 50 wet jelqs (with a little massage in btw. sets)
2 sets of 50 PJ's
warm down with stretching and hot wrap for 10-15 min.

WEDNESDAY:
10 min. warmup
light stretching
100 wet jelqs
50 PJ's
5 Uli's at 10 sec. each
5 jelq squashes at 10 sec. each
do penile slaps to get blood flowing again
5 Uli's at 20 sec. each
5 horse squeezes at 15 sec. each
warm down for 10 min.

THURSDAY:
rest

FRIDAY:
5-8 min. warmup
light stretching until excited
2 sets of 50 wet jelqs (with a little massage in btw. sets)
3 sets of 50 slow jelqs with PJ (with a little massage in btw. sets)
warm down with stretching and hot wrap for 10-15 min.

SATURDAY:
10 min. warmup
light stretching
100 wet jelqs
50 PJ's

SUNDAY:
rest

So, basically on wed. and sat., I have the most time, and I do my girth workouts. The other days, Mon., Tues., and Fri., I have less time. I want to do more stretching, but I'm going to do most of it after a workout, because when I do it in the beginning, I get to hard to quick. Another thing I have to do more is my kegel exercises, because I only do it when I PE. I have to learn to remember to do them during the day. So tell me what you guys think and that if this will get me on my way to my goal 8" X 6". Thanks, sorry it's so long!

Your routine looks fine. It may take you quite some time to get to 8x6, but you'll get there if you keep at this. One of the biggest key factors to results from PE is consistency with your routine. Like anything else in life, you'll get results if your consistent and stick with it. If you keep starting and stopping it's going to take you years and years to get there, if ever. You've got to make it part of your life if you really want it.

This being said, you've also got to quit smoking those coffin nails! Smoking seriously effects the penis in not so good ways. It also leads to ED. If you really want this, you need to quit. I can't stress that enough. I don't know all of the scientific jargon behind this and if Uber were available, he'd tell you flat out. But he's not, so I'm doing the best I can. QUIT!

I agree with 10 that it seems fine overall, but I'd suggest trying to find a way to include more stretching if you want to see more rapid length gains. My opinion on stretching is that "light stretching" won't be very effective for length gains. You need to really pull hard to stretch out the ligaments, otherwise your muscles will just naturally react and absorb most of the pull. I think you also need to stretch as often as you can throughout the day, even if it is just for one minute every time you go to the bathroom.

Thanks guys for the replies. I'm going to definetely try to do more stretching, and the only reason I haven't done them during the day, is because I thought a warm up was necessary. I usually can't stretch for too long in the beginning, because I become erect on the second or third stretch! I would always wait for it do go down, but that took too long. So, I was thinking about doing most of my stretching at the end of a workout, but will that effect it in a bad way? Today at flaccid state, it was hanging pretty thicker! But I think I should probably stop smoking. I didn't realize that it was so bad for PE. Is there any other smokers out there that have gained? And tomorrow I'm going to try my hardest to start a consistent routine. I do have a question though for anyone who knows best. How do you guys get the head bigger? I've done many "jelq and holds", but my head isn't that big. It seems my shaft is gaining a little at a time, but the head honcho isn't. Thanks again and happy PE'in!

I don't of anyone on Betterman that smokes. I would say it's best to quit all together, although I realize this is a fairly hard thing to do. But, if you want a bigger penis, quitting the cancer sticks is absolutely the way to go!

You know e-rabbit, there is this shaft squeeze exercise that JP taught me to do months ago that I've been doing to increase my shaft size but also my glans. It's been working. My glans isn't huge but it's bigger. If I can find it somewhere, I'll let you know where to find it.

Yea e-rabbit, like 10 said you should try your best to "lay off the cancer sticks". Smoking decreases bloodflow everywhere, especially to your genitailia area. I myself NEVER smoked. I don't believe human lungs were meant to inhale smoke.

Stretching at the end of a workout works fine for me. Sometimes it seems to reduce the post-jelq flaccid fullness, but I believe that is a very temporary fullness anyway.

For glans enlargement, try the v jelqs. After you are fully conditioned and feel really attuned to your reactions, you might want to try clamping. Clamping also is great for glans enlargement.

I agree with pleaser. "V" jelqs gave me a massive glans.
Jelq straight up, hold the bulge for 3-4 seconds, jelq up and to the right, hold, jelq up and to the left, hold. This is one rep. Do 30 of these reps in your routine. JP

Nice, you guys are the best. I'm really exicted to make up a routine that fits my schedule and test it out for a couple of months. I'm going to adjust the above one a little bit, and I definetely should think about kicking the smoking habbit. Wanna10, thanks for the info. also and keep me posted please. I'm also going to do more pulling during the day! Thanks again!
