| PM questions, i've searched. Hey all, i'm new to this forum but not all that new to PE. anyway, ive gone through a lot of junk. pills, manual stretches, but now i'm onto the PM. i have been using it for a couple days now, but what else can i do that is very simple to help maximize my results? i read in one post that manually stretching the penis throughout the day to "weaken" it and then applying the PM will do wonders, but if I do that and use the PM, will this be enough to give me the results i want? 2-3" erect length, and around a 1/2" girth lenth? i would rather not go into all the manual streching that takes like 30 minutes to an hour to finish, i don't have time like that. i wear the PM when im alone around the house or when im in bed. i also understand that i need to be dedicated to a program to reach results, but my main questions is that if i use only the PM and "weaken" my penis throughout the day, will this get the job done? |

| Do 10 min stretch sessions throughout the day with a proper warm up/down and this will weaken the fibres more.
For example stretch early morning then when you get home. Plus PM in the evening. You will see gains however they will be quicker if you add a jelqing program.

| hey, thanks for the info. i did read through the girth and length 101 threads. i plan to do both the Uli and Horse440's but how often and how many days a week do you do these? i guess i just didn't get that answered to well by reading the thread. i understand you hold it for 10 seconds and work your way up to a minute as time goes on, but how many reps each day do you do these? i think these girth exercises used with the PM will give me good results. |

If you can make the time, I would recommend starting with JonPop's newbie routine for at least a couple months to learn how your body/penis responds/recovers to PE exercises. It takes time for your penis to get conditioned for PE. You mentioned that you've been doing stretches for the ligs but not any chamber expansion exercises like jelqs or such.
Only once your penis is accustomed to the tugging, stretching and squeezing should you start with more advanced exercises like the Ulis & Horse 440s. These are more advanced exercises and doing them too soon could cause injury.
Warm-up, newbie routine, warm-down, penimaster and go about your day. Remember that PE is a long, slow process. Don't try to do too much too soon. Injury time-outs are a bummer. Learn to listen to how your penis responds to exercise. If you jelq or stretch and your penis doesn't respond normally, you probably need a rest day.
Regarding the PM, take care to use it with lighter tension to start with and then progress to higher tensions as your penis gets accustomed to it. I and others have had injuries using the PM either from using too much tension too soon, wearing it too long or from clamping it too tight with the straps. There are some great suggestions for alternative straps for the PM here too.

| I cant see how the penis could slip out while straped in the pm. The strap has to have some give because you don't want to cut off circulation.
I dont know why anyone has thought of this but wouldn't hockey tape work? tape your penis on the strap or through the strap holes. |

| Thanks a ton for the info GRX. I have done quite a bit of exercises a while back, almost 6 months of them, so hopefully i'm good to go. I believe I am Lot 6, because I don't have any tug back when I stretch my penis downwards. So does that mean when I wear the PM, do I wear it pointing up? Ive done jelqing before, but right now, I would really like my exercise to be Ulis and Horse440s and the PM at night. I'm just wondering how long a day, do I do those stretches, and do I take a break every other day? Thanks again for the help. |
