Can someone point me to the newbie rountine

Hi all, just recieved my PJ device today, can someone point me to the newbie's routine for using the PJ device, i just can't seem to find it for looking.

You have to go from the newbie routine using hands basically and then you can start using your power jelqer. I like your motto hard work positive thinking!

Ive started using the jelq device, just followed the web site
instructions, have got to admit i already like this device, used it last night and this morning in the shower and you get a nice flacid hang afterwards, early days yet buts its nice to add something else to your routine.
Yes i am a big believer in my motto, as ive said before i used to be into bodybuilding until back surgery ended that a few years back, but my attitude was if you don't drag your ass down the gym how are you ever to achieve your goals, i just apply the same principal to my pumping, i know we all get off days but we need to break these barriers down and move forward - regards Deano
