Hello guys, it's been a while since my last visit to betterman. I was pretty busy with my work and my PE program. There is nothing unusual actually. I just want to tell the whole world that PENIMASTER has a very very good after sales service. I never could have imagine that they really care for their customer to the point that any problem with their device is instantly dealed with either a suggestions of what to do and in the worst case, replace your broken parts.
I broke the supporting surface several times because of excessive use and they patiently sent me a replacement. It is a very good warranty indeed.
I came accross in my past netsurfing about the SizeGenetics who claims that they give 6 months full money back guarantee and that no other PE device can outmatch their scheme. Sad to say, they were outmatched by the excellent and far superior waranty made by PENIMASTER.
My comment in this product though is the supporting surface can be easily broken. The area where you clip with the rod.
I'm happy i made a wise decision of acquiring the PENIMASTER instead of the SizeGenetics. And i'm willing to answer any inquiries regarding my experience in using the PENIMASTER device. Thank you guys, specially the betterman staffs. Your thread indeed gave me an idea where to turn to when it comes to Penile problem and the price is affordable.
