Don't worry too much buddy. This is how you do it:
1.) Photograph the area where the crack lies. <It would be best of you photograph it in close up image that shows the crack>.
2.) Then scan it to your computer. <you don't need to scan if you use a digital camera coz you can download it right away via USB port>.
3.) Scan your warranty form with your info properly filled up. <The pink paper that goes with your PENIMASTER package>
4.) Now write an email address to:
versand@msp-concept.de <please take note that Natures Accents - the place where you bought you PENIMASTER when you order it online or the retailer where you got your PENIMASTER cannot replace your broken parts. You have to write directly to the email address i placed above.
5.) The letter should be writen formally and courteously. Please do not mock them. Just say a simple statement like ...
Dear sir,
I need a replacement of <whatever replacement you need>. Enclosed is my invoice and warranty form to prove i bought a PENINIMASTER. And attached to it is the picture of the broken part/s.
6.) Attach the invoice of your purchase and the warranty form. You can see an icon of attach file right below the subject of your email <if you are using yahoo mail>
7.) Attach the picture same way as you attach the invoice and the warranty form.
8.) Send and wait for their reply. You need a reply from them for you to know if it is valid or not <which the case is they usually attend to your matter within 48 hours with a positive result if it is reasonable>
Note however, do not describe the damage in words. Put pictures on it. Remember, picture speaks louder than words. Good luck buddy.
