Wrist pain

HI guys,
I'm experiencing extreme wrist pain during the use of my jelq device. It it take several days to subside and when I start again it continues.

My exercises are done in the following manner. I pad the counter with a towel and while standing have the jelq device (JD) on the counter and thread my penis through the rollers. I then am able to use both hands to press for a fantastic JD setion. ONce warmed up I use my right hand to open and close the handles and use the left had to press dirrectly on the padded rollers for added pressure. Although I'm getting excellent work outs My right wrist is so painful it is even hard to type this post up.

I am working on an idea for a different design so I do not have as much wrist action but until then. What Should I do differently.

Alternate your hands. Repetitive motion isn't good.

After reading the description of your workout, I don't believe you should be exerting that much pressure on your stroke. Pressure on the device is not as important as maintaining a 80% erection and using slow even strokes. 4 second motion for 20~30 reps in 3~4 sets. That's one hell of a workout. Seated or standing you can still use a 2 handed grasp on the JD. I've been at that approach for a couple months solid now (time off for 4 wisdom teeth extractions, 2 root canals, and a bridge) with great results. I've created a meatier penis from base to tip and added a 1/4 inch in length. Which reminds me, I need to get some true measurements and update my progress thread.

Thanks. I have been concerned that the more pressure the more progress. It really gives me a work out and boy does it get pumped up. However if it is not neccessary I'm really glad to learn this. So to get it right, the pressure alone of the jelq device is sufficiant. Any other suggestions?

Hey Chris. The PJ is not made out of kryptonite. If you press those grips to hard, you're just going to bend the metal. I try'd to apply more pressure and that's exactly what happened.

Yeah Chris rest those hands, It reads like your killing your hands.

I've started power jelqing and I'm getting so much gains that it seems impossible.

I use both hands not one holding the foam pads and the other the prongs. I've gained one millimeter in girth that is quite a gain in just 2.5 months, using the power jelq device.

I recieved my device 3 months ago.
