Jaja's progress!

I have been at PE since 15 june 2005. At first I was sceptic but now..well see my progress! I am 26 years old and I have decided to do PE for the next 3,5 years till my 30th birthday.

My goals are:
BPEL > 22 cm / 9" (roughly)
EG > 15 cm / 6"

My starting stats were:
06-15-2005
BPEL: 5.7" 14.5 cm
EG: 4.7" 12.0 cm

Currently:
10-01-2005
BPEL: 6.3" 16 cm
EG: 6" 15.3 cm

The EG is measured at the base. At midshaft it's 5.5" / 14 cm. For the rest of 2005 I am going to work on the length because girth is easy, I'll work on that later. As soon as I reach the BPEL of 7" / 18 cm I'l trow in some girthwork too.
My next measurement will be at 12-31-2005!

Jaja, congratulations on your gains. Just under 4 months, wow.
What is your routine? Yes, I found that girth came pretty easy for me also and if you have set yourself a 3 1/2 year goal, you will bust that 9".
BUT, you will find, that you will probably do some form of PE for the rest of your life and this is not a bad thing.

routine

Hey!

I would say that i didn't really have a routine, just experimented with the exercises and number of training days. The exercises I did were wet jelqing (in the beginning, stopped doing them because I liked the dry jelq more) dry jelqs, uli's, squashes, sqeezes. A workout took me about 45 minutes this incuding the warm up and cooldown with a hot towell. I didn't do any stretches and everything was done manual. Personally I think it doesn't really matter wich girth exercise I performed just as long as I felt a good "internal pressure" it worked.
And yes, I did rush in to the advanced exercises way too soon as I had a few minor injuries, like bumps all along the top side of my unit and I burst a small bloodvessel. Luckily they went away after 2 or 3 days of rest.

Currently I am concentrating on length so I started doing manual stretches (and loving them) and wet jelqs. It takes me about 1 hour and 15 minutes a day, 6 days on 1 rest day.

Update

Here is my update; measured 11-01-05

BPEL 17 cm / 6.7" (+1 cm in 1 month! and 1" in 4 1/2 months)
BG 15,2 cm / 6" (about the same)

The first two weeks I did al lot of stretching and wet jelqs. Changed my routine because especially the wet jelqs (30-60%) were killing my hands, index finger and thumb. I also was losing a little bit of girth and erection power.
The rest of the month I threw in some uli's and sqeezes and did max 15 minutes of wet jelqs but sticked with the stretches(everyting manual). This fixed my problems although my hands are still a bit sore every day. Does someone has an idea how to overcome this?
The good news is I gained some length so I'll continue my current "routine". The time per workout and number of training and resting days are still based on how "good" I feel and since I'm gaining I must be doing something right.

In all honesty I just got used to it and my hands stopped hurting after a while. Your muscles just need to get used to doing new things.

Hi Jaja:

I'd agree with Uber, your hands will get used to it, you'll end up with an iron grip!

My routine was just stretching and wet jelqs until recently but I did also notice that it seemed to affect the strength of my erections. So do the other girth exercises you do not cause a problem or help with that?

Maybe I will lay off or scale down the wet jelqs as well.

My erection power has only increased by doing dry jelqs. The hand problem you have, is what i had for a good long month in a half. But i started forming a good muscle inbetween my thumb and index finger. It's kindof buldging when i squeez them togethor. My advice and what i found out is that using a stress ball for squeezing and holding from 8-10 seconds for about 20-30 reps or until your hand becomes stressed, and a good deep burn is felt works best.

hey!

It's my one year anniversary with PE.
Right now I'm 18,3 cm/ 7.2" BPEL
Girth is at 14,5 cm / 5.7"

That's 3.8 cm / 1.5" length gains and 2 cm/ 0.8" girth gains in one year. The first five months I gained very easily but since december the gains have slowed down.
I could have gained more but I lost my motivation for roughly tree months and I waisted a lot of time with experimenting which excercises gave me discolouration and which didn't. For me the wet jelq and especially the wet jelq in combination with uli's gave me serious discolouration. The good news is since I dropped wet jelqs my discolouration has improved.

I've lost some girth because the last months I completely concentrated on length. At the moment the only thing I do are manual stretches at least an hour a day (it works great for DD so I'm giving it a try). In august I'll start to incorporate some girth excercises again.

My goal for 12-31-2006 is the classical 8 x 6. I wish you all a lot of succes achieving your goals. Work hard and smart.

Way to go Jaja, PE does work. Your finding out as I did that there is also a big learning curve that comes along with all this, learning what techniques work well and what ones don't. Keep at it and stay focused on your 8X6.
