Wow, that's over 2 1/2" in 7 months and one inch of that in the last two. You seem to be gaining faster and faster instead of fast for the first few months then slow to zero like every other person. This is remarkable and great for you that the gains just keep getting easier and easier. You should be a full 10" by the middle of next month at this rate at least. Yeah, but in all fairness, DLD also has OCD, which disallows him to have any kind of "work" life, so he just stretches his dick nonstop.

Dirk, do you do just basic up, down, out, left, right stretches, or do you do more "advanced" stretching? And how long do you usually hold a given stretch for? And do you warm up before each time, or just stretch whenever you can without a warmup?

Well Rocky, It is best to warm up first before doing any kind of PE. Sometimes when im at work i cant warm up so i do a light, not to strenuous stretch everytime i go to the bathroom (5-8 times a day). Its hard to get a good stretch in the bathroom because i dont have an our to spare. So i do a simple stretch up, down, left, right and outward for approximately 30 seconds to a minute sometimes. I do a couple sets each time i go to the bathroom at work.

Now when im home or anywhere were i have enough time to stretch I stretch for hours. I hold each stretch for at least a minute, sometimes two minutes. I feel no pain only because i have been stretching intensly for so long. I also constructed a stretching device for myself.

The easiest way to explain it is I wrap a bungy type cord around my head. Its smooth and rubbery so it doesnt hurt at all. Then i wrap the other end to one leg at a time. Then what i do is just spread my leg out and my dick streches. Its a lost easier and i can hold each stretch for 10 minutes if i want. It works wonders. Then i strap it to my other leg and do the same thing.

THEN I WARM DOWN FOR 10 MINUTES WITH THE HOTTEST WATER I CAN STAND. Then i rub lotion with Vitamin E on my schlong.

Besides stretching i try to do anywhere from 500-1000 wet jelqs. 3-5 sets of Uli's and 5 sets of clamping.

This is very time consuming and it takes me away from some things i would like to do but its paying off and I will hit 10" soon. PEACE

I was just on the MOS website and I saw a clip of DLD talking about his strething methods. I wonder if I can stretch my weener out to 15". I would never attempt that, but it is interesting. After I hit 10" I will take time off of PE for a while.
