| Jelqing While Fully Erect Hi,
I know you guys have been saying that this isn't good, but in my experience I have been doing it for about 3 weeks along with wearing the pm 8 hours a day, and I can say even though I do it slowly, I have noticed gains both in length and girth. I don't really want to measure until next year (summer 2006) but I feel that my penis when holding it seems longer and fuller.
If anyone has any objections or thoughts on this let me know, or maybe if anyone is using the same method.
My routine is straightforward.
30 mins jelq, 5 days on 2 off
5 days of pm for 8 hours with two days off same as jelq.
I'm going to start taking zinc, super b and multi vitamins and minerals so hopefully these should help me more in the rebuilding of the tissues. |

| I prefer to jelq fully or almost fully erect as well. It makes more sense to me to do it then as your stretching the tissue better than you would be if only 50% hard. |

| Well in my opinion I believe Jelqing while fully erect will only lead to injury. Jelqing is milking your penis from the shaft to the head as you all know (Squeeze at the shaft and pushing all the blood to your head). Now When fully erect you cant as far as i know and im sure anyone with a penis will tell you, you cant get a decent squeeze at the shaft than if you were lets say 60%, and shit man that must hurt if you can and forcing the blood to your head when erect i dont even wanna think about. Just sounds painful. I would stick to 50-60% or 70% erect.
But hey this is my opinion, i wont do it. If it works for you then shit, go for it.

| Do you think I should start taking supplements listed on the newbie routine J.P, or is it ok without supplements? I've been doing excercises and the healing growing/process seems to be slowing down and my penis still feels worked even if I rest 3 to 4 days. Do you believe maximum recovery from pe routine can be souly achieved with those supplements on the newbie routine, And are they not only introduced to newbies but to everyones routine if so be it?
Are these supplements easy to buy at the pharmacy/drug store? Will I need a prescription?

| No go to any department store, walmart, GNC, etc, their fairly cheap. I take Zinc, Super B, Ginko, Ginseng, lysine, and arginine. These supplements are very good for your body and for your weener. The best recovery advice i can give you is REST, and of course supplements help as well.
Maybe you are over working yourself if you need 4 or more days of rest.

| It seems like when i do my pe routine and rest not very much nutrients are going to my penis to make 100% recovery. |

| Must be just me then it doesnt hurt when I jelq fully erect and my workouts are way better that way. |

| You are free to do whatever you please. BUT.. the correct way is to be 60-70% erect to avoid injury. Now what i just told you is what ive learned from the pro's. Just be safe and take precautions when your fully erect.
Just remember.....You run the risk of injuring yourself in the long run. Stick to the advice we give you and rock on.

| I believe PE is basically the same as any other personalized training regimen, and that one should observe what works best to optimize results. Personally I didn't observe any gains when attempting to jelq with only a semi, and I would say that my organ must be at least 60-70% erect to feel as though I'm really accomplishing anything. It was when I noticed this, and began to jelq accordingly, that I gained in width and length. However, it is easy--very easy--to overdo it when the penis is harder. By having a more intense erection I am able to concentrate on increasing girth at the lower part of the shaft, and this is my concern, but I take it very easy and isolate this area. When concentrating on the upper part I assume a 50-60% erection, make an ok grip around midshaft (to force more blood towards the glans) and jelq from there. This mimics the increased blood flow of a fuller erection but seems to work the same, and seems a little safer. |

| I found that i would start at 30 percent and by the end of the 15-20 min i would be at 80 percent..That seems to the best for me. I also tried doing kegels to get 100 percent!!! blood in my penis and then squeezing the base of my penis which really helps to get the vains popping. After a month i gained 2 centimeters in girth... |

| I'm new to this forum but not to PE. When I first started I didn't know enough about it and I did three things wrong. First I jelged over the head and second I jelged with to much of an erection and third I stretched to long at a time. What I ended up with is a dick that had no feeling and would not get hard. It scared the hell out of me, I thought I was ruined for life. It took several days before the feeling in my dick came back. Needless to say I stopped until I could learn more about it. I've been doing it now for a little over a year and I'm still just learning. But I have gained .75 of an inch in length and .3 in girth so I'm not dissatisfied. I would still like to gain more girth though. |

| I've tried with different levels of erection and have found that, with an 80% erection I'm able to produce and keep a better squeeze througout the movement. With hand jelqs, the main advantage of an 80% erection is that I can actually get a squeeze at the base good enough to trap some blood and create a visible level of engorgement and pressure as I move up the shaft, with the eventual "ballooning" of the head at the end of every rep. When using the JD, the main reason is that I'm better able to keep the JD traveling up the shaft in a more even and controlled manner. I haven't had any problems in terms of pain or anything and I think that the reason for this is that I squeeze with safety and caution in mind, instead of trying to squeeze out a Nacho Vidal sized monster out my average sized son in 15 minutes; I keep in mind that this stuff takes time and patience. I base my approach to PE on the same mentality that has kept me injury-free at the gym all these years: Always know your limits and make sure to work your way past these in a safe and conscientious manner while listening to your body.

| You have to be above 50% to use the JD effectively, but not necessarily to do hand jelq. Is there anyone who believes it is better to do hand jelq at 30-50%? |

| I think you must be 80% or more to do Jelqs or use the JD. I think the whole point is to have your penis almost full of blood but to have enough room for the blood you are pushing forward with the reps. If you are FULLY erect then there is little room for the blood which can cause burst vessels and injury.. At 30-50% there is a lot of room for the blood hence no real gain or effect from the work out.
All I know is when I am fully erect or 80% my workout feels better, when 30% I feel nothing. |
