best for length

hey guys just wondering what you think gives the best gains in length. hanging? or traction devices? or even just using advanced streching routines?

For length, i would put them in this order:

1) hanging
2) hanging
3) manual stretching
4) traction device

I've been going

1. Manual Stretching in a hot shower
followed immediately by
2. Hanging 5lb 20 min.
3. Rest 5 min
4. Hang another 20 min.

ok, i dont really lose tug tillabout 6 o'clock, even then i feel a real faint tug, does this efect whether hanging will be good for me as opposed to manual stretching and stuff?

I think most people who have been PEing for awhile would agree that hanging is the only way to a super long cock. Im not saying all, but most. But it takes many many dedicated hours. If you look at the big gainers like Dino from Thunders and Bib from MOS they hung for hours and hours a day to get what they have.There are some guys that have done it with jelqing and I believe I probably got my first inch from jelqing.

I personally hate hanging, but thats probably why my length gains have stopped.
