Wearing PM considered exercising?

Is masturbating and then wearing the PM not suggested? Not sure if wearing the PM is considered "exercising" and if i can break the three hour rule when using it. Sometimes i am too aroused to wear my PM and this seems to be the only solution.

On a side note, I tried pulling my testicles through the PM before my penis for the first time a few minutes ago and it was a really tight fit. Then i somehow got fully erect and realized i was completely trapped until my wood subsided. It was quite painful while it lasted, but luckily i am fine as of now. I might give it a try later, but as a question to those that have tried this technique, did you find it useful or not?

Please feel free to share your personal opinions because my feelings are pretty ambivalent right now and any imput would be really helpful.

Sure it is considered exercise. It would fall into the category of stretching. With the PM you get one extended stretch of the shaft and, just maybe, a tab bit of lig stretch. I am convinced that wearing the PM up pulls on the "inner" penis. Either way, you are doing a PE exercise when you wear the PM.

Never tried pulling my balls through the base of the PM. I'll just take your word on that one

It isn't easy to do, but if you can fit 1 nut through than all three of them guys can probably make it because you push them through one by one.

If you're hung like a JP or have Coconuts like a Uber then don't even try it or you'll end up calling the fire department to cut you out.

That's true. Sometimes when I'm wearing the PM and I start to get erect, the base of my penis (which is bigger than the inside of the base of the PM) will push outward and be really tight. I wouldn't dare stick anything extra through there.
