Multiple choice question for PJ veterens

Hello all, I have been using a Power Jelq device since May 2005 and have grown a little by doing 20mins every second day. I was expecting to grow faster so I'm wondering if there is a more effective routine.

Which of the following routines do you think will give faster gains?

A: 20-30mins every second day
B: 20-30mins every day
C: 20-30mins 2 days on 1 day off
D: 20-30mins 5 days on 2 days off
E: Other (please explain)

Is the PJ all you use/do? If not post your routine. If it is you need to start doing hand jelqs, stretching and maybe other more intense techniques as you have been at it for five months now so you should be conditioned. If you are serious about PE then 20 minutes a day ain't gonna cut it.

I have been manual stretching (10mins including DLD Blasters every day) then wearing my andro penis extender (4 hours during the week and 9 at weekends) for 1 year and 4 months, sometimes I do the squeeze. I have gained on average 2.5mm (0.1") per month in length.

As you can see I'm no beginner, I have gained 1.25" in length in that period but little girth because I have heard it is easier to lengthen a thinner shaft.
I am now 8.75" EL so 5.5" girth doesn't look right, that is why I started using the Power Jelq device.

So far I have only tried the recommended quantity of jelqs, I'd like improve my results hence the question. Maybe someone has already noticed a difference with different routines and can save me experimenting and wasting my time.

What do you recommend SonicCelt?

Just joking, I live where all the Frogs live - France

I am English, the French jokingly call us 'Rosbif', like being called a Frog it is more humorous than insulting. (They cook their roast beef until it is the same colour as most English become on the beach in summer!)

Of course if there is some humourless person that finds it offensive I'll change it.

Hey, sorry about the hi-jacking. You didn't say how many jelqs you were doing. Wet or dry? Have you tried ULI's? Give us a break down of your current routine. The PJ will give you girth.

I only use the PJ for my girth routine, I counted that I do an average of 250 jelqs using the power jelq during the 20mins.
I don't want to spend more than half an hour per day doing them. To warm up I sometimes do a few dry jelqs but no more than 5 mins gradually building up the pressure.
I have tried Ulis but it feels like a better stretch when I just do the squeeze. Ulis cause blood spotting too.

A year using just the extender gave almost no girth gains.

Have you looked at my "A Beginners Routine for Newbies"? Lots of good exercises in there for girth.
Doing dry jelqs is not a warm up. When it comes to the penis, you need to warm up with heat, idealy, moist heat.

Concerning my original question, given that I don't want to spend more than 30mins of jelquing with my PJ, which of the 5 routines would give the best results?

I read your newbie routine, seems similar to what I do with a few differences, I don't like wet manual jelqs, I used to do them but got discouraged because it became a messy chore with little pleasure, that is why I prefer using the Power Jelq device, it is much more comfortable to use.

My dry jelqs are done after the hot towel wrap warm up.

My suggestion would be to gradually increase the time and number of days you jelq until you're at whatever maximum you want to set. The key here is gradually, but say you try you're current routine for two days in a row instead of one. On the third day, rest and see how you feel. If you feel better worked but not uncomfortable, do it the next two days, then one off, and work up to say 5 on 2 off. If you feel you can do a little better, then increase by a minute each day, one week at a time. eventually you're at 30 mins a day, 5 on 2 off. IF that's not feeling like enough, consider more time or some new exercises. If you feel like you're overworked, cut back. If you feel just right, stay at that level for a few weeks, then try to raise it up again. So I guess my answer to your question is 'all of the above,' but get going toward more.

your answer reassures me because I came to the same conclusion. I've already started 2 days on, 1 off.
Girth isn't my priority at the moment so I don't mind slowly building up over a few months.

Do you think that eventually Power Jelquing every day will give faster results?

What does overworked feel like?

Over working is kind of hard to judge, because everyone is different. A major sign that can tell you if you are overworking is lack of erection.
