Well it has been two weeks here, and i almost just stop coming because it is so quiet lol.

But I have updated my routine twice, after wk 1 I went to 225 wet jelqs instead of 200

Now I am on my weekend break, but still stretch for 10 min, i never go a day without some tugs lol. I just added some BTC stretches for next week

Starting monday my new routine is:

3-5 min warm wrap reheat by the sink
24 min of stretching 8 directions 2 X 1.5 min holds BTC, D,DL,DR,L,R,SO,UP
3 min of inverted V stretches
3-5 min warm wrap reheat by the sink
225 wet jelqs in the shower
3-5 min warm wrap, reheat by the sink

Well My flaccid is looking good, so soon I will measure.

I am also doing a kegel routine 4 days a week for 20 min.

I have a theory sorta of, I think slowly going up in jelqs is no the right Idea, maybe for the ligs with stretching, but I think that tissue adpats faster, so I will go up 50 jelqs on the start of week 4, not 25.

Fuck this, its not working for me, I think I should focus more on the ligs.

warm wrap
21 min of stretching, 10 BTC, 5 down, 3 DL, 3 DR
warm wrap
250 wet jelqs in hot shower
warm wrap

Don't get fustrated and stay focused, you are gaining however small it may seem. You are still just starting but you setting a good foundation for future big gains. I myself like many guys never got results until after 3 months.

I'm going to have to agree with SonicCelt here, pe is not about how much you do all at once and expect gains the first day, it is a gradual process and any type of laziness will throw you off track.

Cut your routine amount in half and just don't take those break days, do less of a workout but do your routine everyday. It's simple.

I used to stretch for a minimum of 30 minutes. Holding each stretch for a minute, let me tell you i felt the burn. It felt like my ligs were on fire and about to stretch a mile long. This is what you should be feeling when stretching.

Although i have stopped PE'ing due to more important things in my life and lack of time, i have gained a little with the 2 months i have PE'ed (Only Wet jelqed and stretched a lot)

I stretch for two to 3 minutes consisting of newbie routine stuff and that's substantial for me. I just want to loosen my ligs and penis before a wet jelq routine. I've done dry jelqs before but I find them uncomfortable and I can work my penis just as much as with wet jelq. I really like erect bends as they really work the penis. I'm sure erect bend is very incorrect to say because your penis is never fully erect while doing them. I've done horse 440's and ulis, both are interesting I liked to use a small amount of cream with horse 440's but man you can feel the blood drain in the most strange peculiar matter with horse 440's EXTREMELY affective for penis girth.
