| Well it has been two weeks here, and i almost just stop coming because it is so quiet lol.
But I have updated my routine twice, after wk 1 I went to 225 wet jelqs instead of 200
Now I am on my weekend break, but still stretch for 10 min, i never go a day without some tugs lol. I just added some BTC stretches for next week
Starting monday my new routine is:
3-5 min warm wrap reheat by the sink
24 min of stretching 8 directions 2 X 1.5 min holds BTC, D,DL,DR,L,R,SO,UP
3 min of inverted V stretches
3-5 min warm wrap reheat by the sink
225 wet jelqs in the shower
3-5 min warm wrap, reheat by the sink

Well My flaccid is looking good, so soon I will measure.
I am also doing a kegel routine 4 days a week for 20 min.
I have a theory sorta of, I think slowly going up in jelqs is no the right Idea, maybe for the ligs with stretching, but I think that tissue adpats faster, so I will go up 50 jelqs on the start of week 4, not 25.
