| Gameofinches Progress report Hey, I started a little over 2 mioths ago and have gained a little.
Starting stats: NBPEL 5.813 X MSEG 4.813
Current stats: NBPEL 5.9375 X MSEG 4.9
I know I have gained a little more length since I last measured, but I will measure soon.
My goals are pretty far off, but I think I can achieve them.
My current routine I have been doing for about a week that I really like is this:
21 min stretching 7 direction for 3 min with 1 min holds. Up, down, left, right, straight out, down left and down right.
2 min inverted V stretch, 1 min holds
150 dry jelqs, every 15 I do a uli. (very fun)
3 Min warm wrap
100 very light wet jelqs
5 min warm wrap
2 ON 1 OFF

| Your routine looks pretty sound except that you are not warming those ligs up before you stretch. You may be losing some of your potential gains every time you stretch due to this.
Be carefull also with Uli's as injury can happen to easily even with afully conditioned dick.

| Thanks man, The uli's are fun, I dont like warming up the ligs because then I can't stretch with all blood down there. I think warming up is more of a girth thing.

Gameofinches, you couldn't be more mistaken!! Warming up is essential, regardless of whether your doing girth or length work. Without proper warmup, you're risking injury. I can't stress this enough! |

| Ok, every time I warm up, I get a semi, then I have to let it go down and it gets cold. But ok, I did the warm up thing for 2.5 months and it just made things longer and harder..pun intended.

| Last night I did some strecthing in all directions, really good stretches, and got a semi and went to bed. Today is my break day, It has been 1 week with this new program.
I am going to try and step it up a bit with less rest days maybe, or on the rest days just do stretches and dry jelqs.

Anyways Game, fell free to stretch it as long and as much as you want and don't worry about days off. If you get sore listen to your body and take it cool, that's what I've been doing. Try and keep your ligs and tunica fatigued |

Sonic, I think I am going to try and stretch almost everyday, but do uli's 2 on 1 off, and maybe dry jelq almost everyday. I am totally seeing gains, I don't want them to go away, so I will stretch again tonight.

| Hey guys, I am seeing some length gains, so I am goin to stop with the uli's. I want to focus on length for now.
New routine has strecthing with jelqs both dry and wet.
warm wrap
21 min stretching
150 dry jelqs moderate erectin and intensity
150 wet jelqs low erection low intensity
warm wrap/shower and kegels
