Sadly YB, most every state in the union is pro the mom and "fuck" the dad. Irrespective of how much the father might try to do the right thing for their kid, the state, if necessary, mostly ALWAYS intervenes and it's usually the mom who gets whatever she wants and the guy gets fucked.

Fortunately, my ex wife is a rare breed. Shit, she even waived her alimony rights. All of them. Didn't take a penny. Which is good as she wasn't entitled to any in my opinion. My ex and I both dislike people, men or women, who manipulate the system for their personal gain. We both despise the family court system and can't stand judges. So, therefore, we just settle things amongst ourselves. I have a friend who married this guy with an ex wife who is as nasty, bitchy and mean as they come. And she's the type that manipulates the shit out of the system just to make her ex husband's life and my friend's life living hell. She goes out of her way to drag them into court every chance she gets and everytime they drop off his son, he's required to take a cotton swab test of his mouth to test for drug use. He's never used drugs but she insists that he's up to something.

It's shit like this that effects the kids. And selfish women like that who don't see it any other way other than getting their kicks off of vengeance. Makes me sick.
