I've doing some comparing and I've narrowed my choice down to these 2.

The Penimaster seems to have more name recognition. The AutoExtender has an interesting silicone holder for the penis head that seems to be more comfortable. Here's the link:

Go with the Penimaster. The warranty is excellent. The Autoextender looks like it was made by some guy in his garage and apt to break. The numerous spelling mistakes on that page also place doubt in my mind.

I have a Penimaster but found the rubber strap to be too painful to wear on a regular basis. Luckily, I found a replacement for the rubber strap system that can be attached to the Penimaster that makes it much more comfortable to wear. It's called a modified head attachment and is made by autoextender.

I have ordered, and recently received, the modified autoextender attachment. I must say that it provides tension on the sides of the penis much better than the original PM attachment. The strips of silicone really helps the device keep a tight, yet comfortable and unrestricting, hold. The PM device is terrific, and the modified attachment makes it even better.

I hope this doesn't mesh with anyone because I'm advocating a product from a separate company. The gratious attitude of the manufacterers of the PM device would lead me to believe that it won't.

Edit: One thing I forgot to mention is the modified attachment is somewhat bulky, moreso than the original attachment. Therefore it may not be concealed as easily.
