Pumping (before or after or before and after)

Hi I'm italian and I don't speak very well english but I 'll try to explain my question.
I want to add pump in my routine, but I don't understand if I need to pump my cock before or after jelqing.
It' s better 5/10 minutes at 5 hg of pump before jelqing or after???
Or it's better 5 minutes at 5hg of pump -> jelqing -> + 5 minutes at 5hg???

I recommend doing some light jelqing between pumping sets. This helps to reduce fluid buildup.

The negative pressure on the penis tends to pull body fluids such as lymph up toward the skin and can make the penis feel really spongy. That's essentially what happens when you get a donut. Watch how long you pump and jelq a little between sets and you'll virtually eliminate this problem.
