Yes this is a sideways Uli which gives you more pulling pressure because it is easier to pull to the left,and then to the right than straight out, but, the idea is to get as much blood into the head and the neck. So, while you are semi erect,50%, kegel and catch the blood wave with the ok grip and immediately Uli to the side. Hold it and continue pressing by applying your third, forth, and fifth fingers, until you see that your glans is engorged. Hold it for thirty seconds each time. I do not know how much I have gained inch-wise through this, but I find that the head and neck look bigger and more in line with the rest of the organ i.e. it gives the organ a more cylindrical aspect.
