If delivery failed once, then I would think that maybe the person putting the delivery address on the package made a mistake. I've had that happen before. Twice makes it doubtful.

I don't know if someone from N.A has the posibility to check the returned package and compare it with their database. Perhaps all this trouble is due a simple typo.

| Unknown domain I try to e-mail Naturesaccent for some info on tracking #, then I try to send it. The next page came up as unknown domain. Then try another logon name on the computer, it was same message. What should I do? I listed my order # and other info.

| JonPop, I've order Pm device combo, I order on March 23, 2006. I tried to email Naturesaccent.com several times but the next page says unknown domain. What should I do? Now March 28, i went to my email from Naturesaccent.com for conformation order, then decided email from there. |

| I've got the PM device/Jelq device Hey guys, I just gotten my PM Device/Jelq device on Tuesday. I've order it early Thursday morning, then it arrived seperatle packages. The PM Device came in plastic packaging that on spare parts are organized, plus the PM Device already assembled. The Jelq device took no than ten seconds put it together. Guys, I recommend

| Very interesting.. On this page were Nature's Accents buyer's complaints. He said that he haven't got the order which was placed and paid more than two month ago. Now Nature's Accents representatives completely ignore him. Now I see that this message was deleted from this thread. Smells shady.. |

Besides, Betterman is not used for customer complaints against Nature's Accents.

Then again there might be the problem of sending an email in KOI8-R encoding to a U.S. email address: The text is gibberish. If the email really was ignored, that is almost certainly the reason. If he isn't doing it already, then tell your buddy to use Unicode like the rest of the world (unless he only sends emails within Russia).
Finally, if your problem ever does get resolved, I advise you to be polite the next time you need assistance. Making various posts badmouthing your service isn't conducive to getting your issue resolved.

| Über, I also live in Russia, and also has ordered from NA, my package arrived in a week. However, I had to wait for it for almost a month since NA sent it only in 2.5 week from the date of ordering. I received many parcels and letters from overseas, I have never had any problem with it.
My 'buddy' is very experienced PC user, he know pretty well what does the encoding stands for, and of course used the correct one. It's undoubtedly a neglect.
If the service resembles crap I'm sure that all potential buyers should know that. |

By the way, my roommate is from Russia. His point of view is that you're lucky if there isn't some hiccup in an important service.

| Über, I don't doubt many of NA's customers have had positive experiences, but read this thread carefully - many guys also wrote here about this kind of things. I see all these problems was straightened out, and I hope very much this issue will be solved as well.

We tried to contact Nature's Accents representatives through the various ways:
- emailed: support@naturesaccents.com
- called and left a message: 1-800-979-5357: 1-800-979-5357
- PM'ed Rob via this forum
All these attempts was completely ignored.
Hence, I want to warn all the potential buyers. If your package will be lost somewhere on its way, Nature's Accents will never replace your order and you probably will have to contact your Credit Card Issuer and file a charge-back.
All I can say now about the customer support here is WOW, WHAT A GREAT ONE!

| I'll just throw in my 2 cents here. While I have not ordered a PM, I did order the Jelq Device from Nature's Accents. I ordered it on Friday, June 30th. I really didn't expect it until later the following week (especially since that Tuesday was the fourth of July).
Imagine my surprise when it arrived on Monday. So I ordered it on Friday and had it the following Monday. Suffice to say, I was very pleased and will gladly order from them again.  |

| Well in a few month it will be an YEAR (!) from the ordering date, and NO parcel till now! Crargeback wasn't issued by my friend hoping to receive the order.
What would you, guys, say about that shit?
