already 21days no penimaster

I have ordered the penimaster from www.pmdevice.com. on the November 25th. They already charged my about 175$ with shipping and it's already 21days still haven't gotten it. I'm getting worried......help please

No reason to worry dude. Mine took a little while also, but I know you can go to the website and contact them by e-mail and they will give you the status.

When did you submit your order? Who is "They" that told you they have no record? Was this done by credit card? Have you called your credit card company to see if the funds were paid out? Did you attempt to purchase the Penimaster through this Betterman web site? More information please.

OK,

I ordered through PMDEVICE.COM and my card was charged 1/3 (I sent a screen shot of the charge to my account to the CS rep, no response to that of course - I don't need to call my bank to see if the charge went through, I can see it online).

The person that answered my initial inquiry on 12 Jan. was 'Sales Manager' Kenny. It is supposed to be unethical to paste emails that were sent to you, but since this reveals absolutely no private info about the author or anything I will go ahead:

We do not have any records on file with your name and address. How did you pay for this? Credit Card? All orders are shipped via USPS Priority and Global Priority Mail.'

I replied with the screen shot of the charge to my account, haven't heard anything. Guess all day Friday and all weekend isn't enough time to respond to a customer.

Priority mail takes 2 or 3 days and should cost around HALF of what I was charged ($15) for shipping this device. Maybe he should have said:

'All orders are shipped via USPS Priority after we sit on them for a few weeks',

judging by the other posts here.

POOR service, to say the least.

Maybe if I file a chargeback they will be able to find a 'record' of my order?

Alright, I'm not that of the patient man but if this is going to be a problem then I think that I'm going to have to buy some other products. I'm very skeptical about this and I guess I'm going to have to buy another penis traction device and other stuff instead of JELQ and PENIMASTER. I really hoped that this was going to be the one that I was going to buy because of the cheap price with good quality that everyone is talking about. But I guess they are all wrong.

The vast majority of people who order the PM and Jelq Device have no problems. If you want to get something else DaHungMan, go ahead, but I can assure you that you will realize later that you made a mistake. Part of the problem is that the PeniMaster is manufactured overseas and it takes time to get them and keep them in stock.

As I said, get something else if you wish, but would you rather have problems getting your device if it's good or getting quick service on a questionable product with something like a painful/dangerous noose? I was willing to wait for mine and I am more than happy.

And just so you know, I never see one cent of the profits from any products sold through Betterman so I really don't have any reason to compel you to buy them.

If you are sceptical about ordering the PM online, then I suggest using a credit card and canceling the payment before your credit card bill arrives if you don't get the PM in an orderly amount of time. You won't lose any money and virtually all companies that do business online prefer their customers use credit cards because it saves them headaches later when somebody complains about a lost money order or something.

A credit card is faster and easier to cancel and it's what I used. All you have to do is call your credit card company.

The PM, took about 3 weeks, but I never worried about it because I also used a credit card and had a record of it. You guys should not be so skeptical. I realized once I started looking more into Penis enlargement that there are so many guys out there across the world that are trying to increase the size of their penis, that it has got to be tough for them to produce the number of Penimasters being requested. So stop being skeptical, be patient, and order the thing! You want be sorry.

Hi to everyone!

I'm new in this forum and I'd like to tell you my experience: I purchased the combo (enlargel, jelq device, PM) the 12 of November of 2005. Two weeks later I received packed together the enlargel and jelq device. But the PM hasn't arrived by now!!!!

I sent several mails to Kenny and he replied. But there is nothing new. I've just sent him a mail to inform that if in 15 days the product hasn't arrive, I'll take legal action against Nature's Accents due a breach of contract.
It woud be very sad and annoying to me, but after being VERY patient and polite you wont give me a different choice.

I hope this post to be more efficient than my mails.

I sent a money order to them and i thought they had lost it. Because they never got it or something and then one day Kenny E-mails me back, when i asked him if he would possibly look again. He did and found my order. So in my opinion they are very trust worthy because they didnt cheat me as they could have.
