| how to increase circulaiton to glands
does anybody have some good ways to increase curculation to the glands during use |

| Release the tension rods about every 30 minutes and massage the glans. Do not over tighten the straps and do not use too much tension.

| In addition to what JonPop said, I've found that using a heated "rice-sock" during use helps with circulation.

| sometimes i kegel to force some more blood through, that also tends to work sometimes | |
