We were ALL 'Newbies' at the start. I have designed a Newbie Routine that will tell you all you need to know to get started on a 'Long' journy.
Go to the Penis Enlargement forum. A 'sticky' thread at the top:
"A Beginners Routine For Newbies"
Take your time, read and visualize the exercises. Do this routine slowly to start, don't over-do the pressure of your jelq's. As you learn the proper way to do these exercises, usually about a week, your penis will be on it's way to becoming conditioned. Then you can increase the intensity of your workout.
Start your own thread in the 'Progress Tracking' forum. Post your starting stats, i.e. BPEL (Bone pressed erect length) and MSEG (Mid-shaft erect girth.) This will be a valuable tool for you to track your progress.
