It's shit like this that effects the kids. And selfish women like that who don't see it any other way other than getting their kicks off of vengeance. Makes me sick.

What really sucks is more often then not we men only have our selfs to blame for the way the courts favor the mothers. Im not saying all of us men are to blame for this but unfortunately it only took a few to ruin it for us all. As far as court go's , I will continue to go to court untill i have custidy of my son,i have always thought that she was a unfit mother and she has proved that more then once.

I wish you luck YB. You're honestly going to need it. Unless you can actually prove it, the courts won't hear of moving the child from her to you unless he gets to be like 13. At that point I believe the courts will take his wishes into consideration but not until then.

The fucked up thing about that is, I am able to prove it. I recored all of our phone conversations becuase she she likes to say some fuck up shit on the phone. On top of that she has already had one son taken away for neglect and abuse but ,when we went to court the first time my lawyer rolled over and played dead , so nothing ever came of it. She has even had one child die of spinal meningitis which she knew the signs of, but refused to take him to the hospital.
Like i said i will continue to go to court until I have custody of my son.

You know, it's times like this I thank God my ex is of sound mind. If I had even the slightest notion or feeling that she wasn't right mentally, I'd never have left the state to buy real estate. My kids are well fed, taken care of loved. It makes my job as an out of state dad a little easier, at least until early next year when I can move alot closer to them.

I agree. I think women get away with murder in the court system. It's partially because the laws are designed to give them whatever it is they need to raise the children. The states just use the children as an excuse to fucking slam the father every chance they get. Yeah, it pisses me off too but what is any of us to do about it?

I do have a story though that should make all men here happy. It did me!
My sister in law's sister married this absolute zero. Guy is a pile of horse shit. Ironically, he used to be one of my brother's best friends back in the day.

Anyway, they got married, had two boys and eventually, like most marriages, they ended up getting divorced. He hired a high power attorney while she couldn't afford one. He not only had the children taken away from her BUT she has to PAY HIM child support!!! How's that for role reversal.

He had his attorney convince the court and the judge that she abused the children. I don't know if this actually happened or not, I wasn't there. I know this woman but not well enough to know if she did anything or not. I know she spanked one of the boys once and he flew off the handle over that.

In any event, he made certain she wasn't going to see those kids come hell or high water. Last I heard, she hadn't seen her sons in 4 years and has to pay him an ungodly amount for child support (she has a $10/hour job). He, on the other hand, is an electrician making like $60-70K per year.

My brother told me all of this shit one morning and I couldn't stop smiling. I know it's evil and I'll probably end up frying in hell for it but it was really nice to see a woman getting slammed for once. Whether the slamming was right or wrong, look how many innocent guys have been fucked by the courts in this country. I don't feel for her at all. I do, however, feel she has a right to see her children!
