Exercise for head and neck enlargemant

I seem to get the impression that many of us have a problem with growing the glans (head) and the 'neck' under the glans. I thought I could share a method I find helpful. With a semi erect penis push the skin with an ok sign towards the base, then kegel while pulling the penis to the left or right and moving the ok towards the glans (Uli0, then squese your other fingers towards the glans and pull towards the side, while holding the penis to the side. You will notice that the head becomes bright red and swollen and even the neck (made up of the rounded ends of the corpora cavernosa) will swell up too. Repeat this exercise often and anywhere. I hope this would help another brother.

How much did you gain doing this? And, is this just a sideways Uli preceded and followed by a kegel? I'm a little confused by your explanation?

rocky6535, I shall try to explain the exercise in a clearer way. Yes this is a sideways Uli which gives you more pulling pressure because it is easier to pull to the left,and then to the right than straight out, but, the idea is to get as much blood into the head and the neck. So, while you are semi erect,50%, kegel and catch the blood wave with the ok grip and immediately Uli to the side. Hold it and continue pressing by applying your third, forth, and fifth fingers, until you see that your glans is engorged. Hold it for thirty seconds each time. I do not know how much I have gained inch-wise through this, but I find that the head and neck look bigger and more in line with the rest of the organ i.e. it gives the organ a more cylindrical aspect. Try it and do give us your comments please.

rocky6525, make sure that you keep your ok sign with the back of the hands UPWARDS, then apply pressure with the middle, fourth, and fifth fingers.

I tried it. I can't really tell if it is more effective than a regular uli or not because I'm just a beginner, and am not really a uli expert. It doesn't seem like a bad exercise though. I think I'll stick with it and see what happens.

I'll give it a try. I've been working Mi Glans since the first of the year. Mi Ridge is much more pronounced. Mi Lady Loves It.

Now if I can get the glans to swell abit, that would be swell.

Any update on this method? I'm kinda curious and wondering should I do it or would it be a waste of time. If ya'll have already been doing it quite awhile then I feel it'd be better for us all to know rather than we try when ya'll know it won't work, or even will work for that matter.
