I would still do kegels and damp towel pull-ups. I would also do minimal stretches and jelqing, which doesn't take but a few minutes. I'm about to this point. Mi goals almost met. Just 1/2" of girth to go. 8x6 coming up.

What if you had been doing all these exercises and you got your unit much bigger, but then started dating the "woman of your dreams" who told you that you were so big you were hurting her when y'all had sex? Would you stop doing your exercises completely? Would you try to "reduce" a little so you didn't hurt her?

But to answer the questions to this hypothetical situation... I'd probably stop if I was large enough to be hurting girls. I don't think theres much to be done to reduce it but it would probably reduce a little on its own after a while.

Yes, babies do come out of that little honey hole so you wouldn't think that a large penis would hurt but I guess it's like using a really expensive power drill. If you don't know how to use it properly, you can cause damage.......

Toward the end of our relationship, my wife actually asked me to stop all PE because of this very reason...

When we had sex she said she was barely able to take it and if she wasn't FULLY warmed up or i got too "vigorous" then it would hurt too much that we had to stop.

Technique also played a big factor in her pleasure... i had to change my style a little and always be aware of how hard and deep i was going into her. Hormones released during pregnancy causes the vagina to expand... so yes a baby can fit thru a vagina but only during pregnancy... it isn't capable of passing anything near the size of a baby all the time.

Well, we don't intentionally hook up for booty calls but since my daughter lives with me, my ex visits her once or twice a week. During those visits we often talk and spend some one-on-one time together to talk... this often leads to sex, especially if i press the issue. Attraction was NOT a reason that we separated... it was the fact that we drifted apart and was no longer able to connect emotionally. I think we have a better relationship when we are separated than when we were together... sex between us has been real good since we've been apart. She seems to really like my size now more than she ever did before (maybe because she knows that other women like it)... and her orgasms are super intense.

What is hard and tough to overcome right now is the fact that we both have issues with the other dating or "being" with other people...

The only thing I could suggest is don't talk about the "others" with each other. Make some kind of a pact or something where you spare each others feelings by not talking about other lovers since the only thing it does is cause bad feelings. Then you can focus more solely on each other when together.

I guess you can call it the "don't ask, don't tell" clause.

Great suggestion but we already talked it out and now we're having a hard time getting the image of us being with others having sex without us out of our heads... As alot of oldtimers here know, we were swingers so the sex part is not so bad for us as the fact that we did it behind the other person's back without the other's knowledge or consent. For us that is where the violation and broken trust exists not in the sex...

This scenario shouldn't be a problem. If you stop all P.E. activites completely you do have slight gain loss. Probably 3/8" length - 1/4" girth. So if the issue was raised. You would end up being a perfect fit.

It probably still hurts cause the wounds are still fresh. Give it some time and you'll both feel better so long as you don't keep opening the wounds by talking about other lovers. I am very curious about something. Y'all seem to be overly obsessed over the size of your penis, but when I am super horny, I'd prefer a guy who might be average in size but who can do some heavy duty pounding for 15-20 minutes over a guy with a huge dick who can only last 2-3 minutes. I realize there is Viagra, but what exercise(s), if any, do ya'll do for endurance? Or, are there any?

Jelqing can help a tremendous amount. However, experience works better. A lot of it is between the ears, too. Make it your objective to wear out that ass and then cum.
