I think that given the two options you present, most women would choose the larger because the first option is way below normal and the larger is just a little bigger than what's normal. But if given a third option of an 8.5" long by 6.5" in girth cock, most would still choose the 7" long dick.

Size is such a relative thing... for some, large means thickness and others it means length. I personally think that most women would be extremely happy with a thick cock over a long one in most cases. If you gave those same women the choice of an 8" long by 5" girth or a 7" long by 6" girth, most would be happier with the latter.
