| Increases by pumping only ? I've read alot of the threads on the pumping forum, but has anyone used only pumping and seen increases ? I feel that it should be used along with PEing (jelqing, stretching).
Can tooo much pumping ruin your PEing (jelqing/stretching), I mean I have been working hard at this for almost 9 months now and do not want to hurt any gains that I may have made ? Actually my cock looks huge(thick) when done pumping before and after my PE routine/workout. It measures 6.25 inches in girth, but the lenght does not change too much 6.25 length ?
How many times per week should pumping be performed ?

| Pumping can enhance your routine but alone isn't enough to give you solid gains. You might ask Uber about this, he pumps frequently.

The only way I think you can expect gains when pumping alone is when you do it on your testicles. You can't jelq your balls as far as I know.  That said, the gains come really slowly since that's just about all you can do to the testicles. The penis on the other hand can gain much faster from a normal jelq routine that through pumping.

Ok, thanks for the answer. I have recently included pumping into my routine. I found that if I pump over 10 minutes, I get the "Infamous DOUGHNUT" ? Seems like just around 10 minutes the doughnut starts to form, but not as pronounced ? How many times a week should I pump (I workout 5 on 2 off now) and should I stay around 10 minutes so I dont get the doughnut ?

| What about the Pumping 101 Thread on Thunder's? I have read pretty much that whole thread and the consensus there from the long term pumpers was that you COULD eventually 'permanently' gain from pumping alone if you follow a safe, sensible routine but most recommended combining with jelqs.
I feel that the manual PE is great but that gains slow after a while so whatever you can do to shake things up helps.
I have added pumping to my PE at the end of my manual stuff. Two five minute pumping sessions that don't lead to any donuts or deformities! Not sure what pressure but I watch things very carefully. Feel it is helping a lot in keeping a thicker hang between PE sessions and I also notice that I wake up with really hard erections since adding the pumping. Haven't measured girth for a while but I can see its maxed out while in the pump.
Years ago I tried pumping and overdid it I think. Huge girth gains but who wants a spongy dick? Its better to be conservative with the pumping, thats my opinion. |

| I start to get a donut after 10 minutes too, but I minimize it by releasing the pressure and massaging my penis, stretching it, and doing 3-part dries. Ever since I added that to my pumping routine I've had no problem with donuts.
Also, wantItThicker is right, you should be conservative if you aren't sure what you are doing.

| Physiologically, it would seem that girth would increase by pressure from the inside of the penis that is directed outward. This outward pressure would produce a "stretch" of the tunica. Think of a balloon behind blown up and outward.
Theoretically, this is why ULIs and clamping (and jelqing to a degree) work with respect to girth increase.
With pumping, the pressure is from the outside and directed inward and the fluids are directed to the surface, thus the doughnut effect.
There are those who claim girth increase from pumping. It is not my point to argue with their results. |

There is negative pressure around the outside of the penis. Essentially, the penis is pushing outward, but fluids move faster than the more solid tissue and this is why they create a donut effect.
I haven't pumped consistently enough to notice girth gains, but I see no reason to believe they aren't possible.

| Pumping works by reducing the air pressure around the penis. This creates an imbalance that your penis isn't used to and it expands in an attempt to occupy the partial vacuum.

I also read that it will make my erections harder ? Is this true (Is this permanant - harder erections ) ?

I dont want erection damage ! I thought that these pumps were originally used for ED (erections) to make them stiffer ? Guess its like anything, dont overdue it, within reason, not too much too soon and too much of a good thing can be bad ?
