Unhappy Donut ?

Guess I overdid it on the beginning pumping ? Actually I bought the pump about I now have a huge donut and it doesnt look nice ! Any advice ? Can these donuts hurt anything or are they just fluid ? You say it is fluid build up, what kinda fluid is in there - blood ? Looks terrible ! How long til it goes away. I worked out this morning at about 9am and it is now 1323 hours ?

My advice IWABC, stretch it out a bit. The donut effect does go away after a few hours but the best thing to do would be to do some light stretching to move the fluid buildup around. It's just excess water buildup is all.

Ok, man, thanks.

It is now 2348 hours and my donut has gone away by 1600 hours ? Wow, that fucken scared the shit outta me ! Pumpin is dangerous ! I thought I was a fucken tough guy ! Boy did that pumping session teach me something !

Try to get and maintain an erection for a while. I rarely overdo it, but if I do, staying erect for a while seems to help me.

Very seldom. I don't feel pumping does anything worth while for PE. This is just my opinion and not necessarily fact. I have to be in the right frame of mind to pump.

It was for only 10 minutes, but after the pumping, I manual jelqed for about 10 minutes, then did another 10 minute pumping session and that was the one that did it ! After the second pumping session I jelqed again for 10 minutes and noticed a large donut that lasted most of the day ?

I have found that I am keeping tabs on the feel of the pressure and also carefully watching the colour. When it gets dark I release the pressure and do lots of kegels, then some jelqs (while erect) before starting to pump again. The next session goes a bit longer and maybe a little more pressure.

Have not had any donuts yet with this method. Not very scientific I know Uber but seems to be working for me.

But as for sizing, if you want to work on girth then you would have a tube that mashes you against the top but leaves room at the sides? Sounds painful.
