JD proper use??

I warm up with hot towells 5 minutes then stretch and then shakes kinda mix up the newbie routine. Then when I am ready I use the PJ.
I am pressing the rollers against the pubic bone and as close to my balls as I can get it. Then I squeeze and roll till I get to my head and start over. I feel the skin and all the connective ligs and such get a stretch. I am definately sore after this.

Is this ok??

I don't know that your dick should be sore so much as it should be fatigued. I've been using the JD for almost 1.5 years and I've never gotten sore from it. Tired yes, but sore no. If you're getting sore, maybe your using too much pressure??

Tired might be a better way to describe it . It is not like sore from lifting weights sore. But tired and worked for sure.

How many is a good target number of reps to shoot for when using the JD? Also, should it completely replace jelqs? That would save some time if I did.

The general rule is however much you can take without getting sore. I do 100 slow and steady reps, but I also do wet jelqs and the rest of my workout. I'm not sure if you could completely eliminate wet jelqs, but I see no real harm in keeping them. Time is always a bitch to find so feel free to experiment. This isn't an exact science.

I've found that the PJ works best for me if I do some wet jelqs first to warm up my penis and start to get it fatigued. Then I'll use the PJ until I feel fatigue. I'll rest a few minutes and then follow up with some more wet jelqs.

I am not quite sure whether I am using the PJ well.
I am not yet convinced that it replaces the hand jelqs because I get the impression that all it is doing is flattening the corpora cavernosa, but not really pumping too much 'inflation blood' into them. Will anyone help me please in this area?

The flattening of the CC is a different method of jelqing; as opposed to the "OK" or "V" grip used in manual jelqs.

As I stated above, I usually start with hand jelqs first to get things ready for the PJ. Then the PJ jelqs don't feel too much different than the manual jelqs.

You'll have to learn how much pressure and speed to use with the PJ. That is the learning curve. Once you figure it out, you will enjoy the PJ and feel the really good jelq that it gives you.

This is why it is not a replacement for traditional wet jelqs.

Just a question: It's fine to do wet jelqs and then use the PJ while the penis is still lubricated rt? I've always been using lubrication when using the PJ, and I thought that was the right way all along. I just want to make sure.
