| Yes they are permanent and you "cement" your gains by continuously performing the exercises.

| Hey bighomey! Glad you could join. I hope you can find this forum will help you reach your goals. If you are just starting out, you should have atleast 4-5 months of conditioning with the newbie routine/regular jelqing before you use this device. After saying that yes the device and hand jelqing give permanent results. The jelq device is like a more intense way of hand jelqing. Just go to the Penis enlargement forum and go to "JP's Newbie Routine." Good Luck!
I might add that when you do reach your size goal, a minor amount of jelqing per week will keep your size that you have gained.
