First off, welcome to Betterman.com. Glad to have you with us.
I guess my first question to you would be what is your routine like and have you taken any days off? If you're doing 600 jelqs per day and wearing the pm for several more hours with no rest, it's no wonder you're not seeing results. You've got to give your dick rest bro.
Have you done the newbie routine at all??

| The only problem I can think anti-depressants might have is that they might make it difficult to get an erection or even a partial erection to do the exercises. If you can do this, then there's probably no issue.

| Yes, it depends on the medication, but I know that a lot of them have reduced libido as a side effect. You might have to put a little more effort into an otherwise simple task. |

| Yes, my experience with anti depressants is that they reduce libido substantially (also they make ejaculation more difficult). With anti depressants the penis even shrinks in flaccid state in the same way if you took a cold shower. I would imagine that jelqing in this situation would be useless because of the reduced blood flow.
The only anti depressant I know without reduced libido is mirtazapine ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Remeron) but it has other side effects such as sleepiness and putting on weight.

| I would have to agree with people here. I took Straterra, which is for ADD but still in the same ball park because its a medication for a mental condition, and when i would take that or even ridilin or aderall, my dick decides to hide from me and never wants to brighten up at the sight of a nice ass or round tits. ive been debating about anti depresants for a while and thought my my dick was more important to me. And I can always get away from whats upsetting me.
On the other hand, I know its unorthodox, but marijuana is a prety good euphoriant, and I know for a fact when I was using that when I was going through a rough time in my life, my dick behaved the same. Better almost. I dont use it anymore for different reasons but anti-depr. will defanitly take a toll on the size and behavior of your dick.

| Hmm, have you taken the supplements reccomended too?
Because I know from bodybuilding that no matter how much you work your muscles, without very good diet/supplements you just won't grow at all.
Also, how long does it take to make those 600 jelqs?
I have been doing very similar routine:
10min warmup
20mn jelq
10min PJ
10min warmdown
2-4 hours PM
And during those 20 min jelq I probabilly only make about 100 jelqs. And In a month time I have already noted that I have a steady 13cm EL, where I before had 12.5-13 cm. And yesterday after some nice wanking I noticed it was alot bigger and measured up to 13.5cm in length.
So I would say that less is probabilly more in this case. Try making a time limit for jelqing and do as many HIGH quality jelqs you can. (about 5sec per jelq, and really squeeze that dick)
I am also taking my supplements like this:
In the morning:
1 Super B complex
1000mg L-Lysine
1 zink tablet
1 Super E vitamin
1 Multi Vitamin
Before bedtime:
3000mg L-Arginine
Good luck!

| First off, I would like to say Hello. I ran across this website a couple days ago and finally decided to join. I think this is an awesome site.
Second, I have been taking Zoloft for over 3 months now and have noticed the side effects of the drug. Just like Johnny81 mentioned, it is much harder for me to ejaculate but I do plan on getting off the drug in the next 2 weeks I think.
As of right now, I just started my enlargement plan. I'm doing about 2X 1.5 hours of the extender. I will be involving JELQ very soon. |

| Welcome aboard CHOSN. Look around search and read as much as you want. Lots of guys that do PE take SSRI's but it's not a really big deal. I think doctors now days perscribe them for just about anythin.I was on them for a bit and hated them so I dumped them, there was nothing wrong with me anyways |
