Ok guys, ive been using my pm device and love it. My question is this, after i screw out, i seem to be able to pull at the top of the pm, revealing a bar or bar and half down the screws. Basically what im asking is should i be doing this, or should i just go with the stretch that fully screwing out gives, or also pull at the top as well to stretch a lil more. I dont wanna break my pm or mess up the springs if this is what im doing. hope some understands what im saying. reason i ask is i saw a post on "when to add rods" and the suggestion when 3-4 lines were showing at fully screwed out. thanks guys. and right now if i pull at the top im at that 3-4 line mark, if not im at the 2-3 mark.
