| My wife has noticed and also actively encourages me to continue with the routine. Especially on the days when time seems to alude me. She'll coax me into not getting out of routine. This is of course, because she is a Fine Woman. But also I feel it is from a difference in girth.

| I actually believe that volume is the best way of measuring size as it gives a better picture of actual size than what 2-dimensional measurements can... and you are correct in that small gains in girth make a much more significant impact on volume that the same gain in length.
Check out the attached Excel spreadsheet that i created a while back to track gains....

I played with the numbers and a guy who is 8 X 5 has a volume of 15.92. A guy who is 5 X 6.25 has a volume of 15.54. Practically the same. BUT, for me personally, I would take the second guy because he is extra thicker.  | |
