Nuclear's Progress

With a new concentrated effort, I'm going to start tracking my progress here.

After a break period of a few weeks, I'm starting a new.

Starting measurements (all are non-bonepressed): FL: about 4" even, EL: 4.6"

Next time I measure, I'll throw in the BP measurements which are around 6.5 at this point. Same with girth measurements.

For my routine, I use only wet jelqing and the PM device. My routine is inconsistent due to outside factors, but I try to do at least 300 jelqs and 2 hours of wear-time with the PM per day.

4/17/06 - 5/6/06:

Average Jelq Time Per Day - 5 minutes (about 125 jelqs)
Average PM Wear Time Per Day - A little more than 2 hours per day.

To meet my quota by the end of the one-month period, I'll have to step up my efforts.

A side note:

I do not place much emphasis on jelqing because at the moment, I'm not looking for any girth gains. I'm testing the theoy that after a jelq workout, your penile tissue is all warmed up and weakened to a degree that makes it well-suited for a long period of stretching afterwards. Therefore, after each jelq session I start to log some hours with the PM device.

On 5/17 I'll post the final stats for this one month period.

Keep at it and stay consistant. Jelqs are great all round conditioners and in your case as far as priorities probably "V" jelqs would more suit your plans.

Ok, after a little over a month, I'm seeing some improvements.

NBPEL: 5.3", increased by .7"
NBPFL: 4.7", increased by .7"

I'll take this opportunity to add my BP and and girth measurements.

BPEL: 6.7"
EG: 6.8" in the middle, 7.0" at the base.
