wantG's progress

Hey all,
I've been doing PE for about 3 months now, no gains yet but I know it takes time so...
I decided to track my progress and post it here. I will measure every 3 months and keep all of you updated.

Routine:

I warm up 5 min
Stretch with the jelq-device 30 min
wet jelqs 10 min
uli's 3 sets of 45 sec. each
jelq device 15 min
wet jelqs 10 min
uli's 3 sets of 45 sec. each
warm down 5 min


My stats:
EL: 6.25
EG: 4.90

Goal:
EL: 7.25
EG: 5.5

Looks good WG I would just suggest more manual stretches. If you don't have time may nix the uli's but other than that keep at it.

Good routine. I would say that sonic has a point, manual stretches are very good for adding length. Good PE'ing!

All ive been doin is stretching every change I get and have added half an inch of bpel in 1 month

I'll try to add more manual stretches throughout the day. The only problem is that I always get an erection during manual stretches.
Every time I have to wait until it subsides a lot of time goes by. I always have this feeling that I 'lose' time because of all the waiting.
Maybe I'll get used to it after a while?

wantG: Hey man, you'll get used to the stretches, and ur arousal level will go away after a while. Just practice them and try not to think of it in any way as pleasuring. Do you consider yourself sensitive?

Doing PE gives me more frequent erections and makes it difficult to become 100% flaccid. However, if I warm up really thoroughly in the shower using HOT water that usually puts me in the perfect state for stretching and I don't have the frequent erections during stretching. I have the same issue with getting erections using the PM too, but a good warm up seems to work everything out.

Hi there,
WHat? if manual stretching is just that good I will of course do them...but what kind manual stretches are you doing? do you guys use any lubricator? how long are you stretching(min/hrs)? how often a day/week?
Slimthug, when did you start manual stretching?when dit it show effect? Have you gained any new since continuing? are those ganis cemented? what was bpel again? does that mean that if bpel means flacid your gains are only cemented in flacid state but when errect not longer?
Hehe..those are many questions but that's what it is all about, right?

88man, I don't consider myself sensitive. Think I'll just have to get used to it.

Do you guys always pull all the skin back and then grip behind the glans or do you grip with the skin pulled forward?

I pull the skin back before gripping. Less skin sliding around means a better grip.

I just try to get only the glans. So, yes i do pull the skin back a bit. I would agree that the grip, and the pull on the ligs is better.
