WHat? if manual stretching is just that good I will of course do them...but what kind manual stretches are you doing? do you guys use any lubricator? how long are you stretching(min/hrs)? how often a day/week?
Slimthug, when did you start manual stretching?when dit it show effect? Have you gained any new since continuing? are those ganis cemented? what was bpel again? does that mean that if bpel means flacid your gains are only cemented in flacid state but when errect not longer?
Hehe..those are many questions but that's what it is all about, right?
