i was doing 200 jelqs a day, 5 days a week, usually, for about 8 weeks. I gained about a half inch of flaccid length and noticed more stamina and healthier erections. i have been off PE's for about three weeks until now... any advice to make my routine more effective, or more fun?

If you've been off PE for about 3 weeks, you might want to do the newbie routine for a week and then increase the intensity with some advanced exercises.

Stay with it for the full 90 day program. DO IT even when you don't feel like it. Make the time. Take the supplements and at the end of the program you will be amazed at how far you've progressed. Good luck

Hey man, welcome. I would have to agree with JP. Do the Newbie routine for 3 months and then progress from there. I would say you get a better idea of how your penis reacts to the exercises.

i have done 3 sessions of the newbie routine and i think i had my record longest hang today (although it didnt last long). I should have measured...

Hey Red, just stick with the Newbie Routine and get conditioned. You don't want to see gains and get to anxious and have to take time off because of an injury. I am saying this because a lot of guys see some gains when they first start and then think man, I should just go ahead and jump into the full routine and I will really see big gains. This is what not to do.

out of all the PEing i used to do, i never made erect gains...until now, doesnt sound like much but i'm happy that i broke 5". i hadnt even noticed til i measured and it's motivating!

So this is an endorsement for my Newbie Routine?
In another 3 weeks, start using the Jelq Device along with the routine.
Start slow, 100 slow reps, add around 3 a day for the remaining 6 weeks of the program. At the end of the Newbie Routine, you should be doing around 250 reps with the JD. Good luck, RedFace.
