| just got it the other day, need help. Hey guys. First id like to say that i see how everyone is very helpful and informative on this forum, even to people like myslef who just started. I need some help on a routine. I never really worked out my body before nevermind my penis, so im kind of confused on where to start. What im looking for is to gain some overall length to my penis. I dont really want to hurt myself either, thats why i dont just want to jump right in and do what i think is right without getting some good advice.
Ive read the jelq website and all that but when i read other peoples post, they seem to get more help from others on the forums. So can anyone basically help me get a good routine going to help me gain some solid length. Once again im glad to be apart of the boards and hope to share some success with you all. Thanks a lot! |

| Welcome to the forum, heyheyhey!
Start with JonPop's newbie routine, it gets your penis conditioned for the more intense work-outs. Keep at it for about 3 months, then you can add some more advanced exercises. In the future you may also want to invest in the PeniMaster

| If you want to focus on length, a PeniMaster would be a better choice than the Jelq Device.

| Thanks a lot guys. Like i said before everyone is really helpfull around here. Can anyone direct me to the basic routine. Im not sure if it is posted somewhere or even on the site. I was wondering if there is anything i might be able to do to help increase my length with the JD, or is it just a waste. Once agian thank you everyone!! |

| Hey, heyheyhey, man that's wierd. Anyway, start you a progress tracking thread so you can post your starting stat's and keep track of your gains. Since you are just starting, this would be the perfect time.

| welcome, heyheyhey. I would just like to give you a late welcome and hope you obtain your goals. A lot of your initial gains whether in length of girth will be in those first few months of the newbie routine, so be safe and get to work!
