New man to PM

I just ordered the device from the German site www.penis.de. It's a lot easier for me cause I live in Europe and I think they supply more extension rods, but I'm not sure about that.
Next week it should arrive, and I really hope everything goes well with the delivery!
The next month I won't be able to jelq that much due to lack of privacy and work, so it will probably be a month of stretching. Is this OK?
Anyway advice on how to start is more than welcome. I'm looking forward to this new fase into PE!

It's okay to have a routine that consists only of stretching. Just don't expect much in terms of girth gains.

Do you think you'll be wearing this at work? That could be a hassel to keep running to the bathroom to take it off, and put back on, but you might make it work.

I do a lot of work at home, spending several hours behind my computer. So I could easily wear it during work. It wouldn't be a problem, only have to find the most comfortable way to wear the PM. It think I could wear it about 6 hours/day.
Does it take a lot of time to put it on?

At first, it might seem awkward putting it on, but it's not time consuming at all. It's about 20-30 seconds to put it on and tighten and adjust the thing. 6 hours would be great! just remember to take breaks and get blood flowing in the glans. You can also have your wear time longer if you can jelq blood into the head while the device is still on.

I just got the penimaster yesterday, had some difficulty putting it on. I'm not sure yet which of the traction rods to use.
I think it's a great device, but it seems that I'm getting a harder stretch when I do stretches manually?
I know you're supposed to take breaks every 1,5 hour but do you need to warm up during this break?
Hope I'm past the learning curve soon, then I'll be able to get so much more out of the device.

You should use the rods that when applied, still shows 2-3 notches on the stretching rods. As you progress you can change the rods to suit your needs.

How long is your break? If it's only 5-10 minutes, then no.

My break is only 10 min.
I still have to get used to wearing the pm. Maybe you guys can help me?

When I stretch manuelly, I can stretch a lot further. When I'm wearing the pm should the stretch be as long as the manuel stretch?

I only seem to be able to hold my glans in the Fastening Strap when I tighten the straps real hard. (otherwise it keeps slipping out) After a while my glans feels somewhat numb and looks a bit bluish. Any advice on this?

One thing I have started doing is tearing off 2 sheets of toilet paper, folding it in half, then fold it again, then wrap it around the penis behind the glans. Makes like a padding and gives the PM a thicker surface to hold onto. As for the blue and numbing, you can grab the harness of the PM on one side and massage the head of your dick to create circulation again.
