How many PJ's to start with?

I've just started my 4th week of the newbie routine so I'll start using my Jelq Device in a couple of weeks but I'm a little unsure of how many power jelqs I should be doing to begin with? I was thinking of starting at about 50 and adding 10 per week, but do you guys think thats enough or should I be doing more?

Also, I'm a bit confused about the length of time to stay on the noob routine because some guys on here are saying 6 weeks and others are saying 3 months, so who is right?

Thanks in advance

Cypher79:

As far as the PJ goes, start off with 100 and proceed from there. Add in segments of 50 when you feel like adding more. This is just something off the top of my head so feel free to add more or less as you see fit.

Also, the customary amount of time for the newbie routine is 6 weeks, however some guys stay on it longer for a number of different reasons. For conditioning purposes, 6 weeks should do the trick.

I started with 50 Jelqs per week and added 50 each week that followed. Now on week 4/200 Jelqs and feeling great! Slow and steady has been working for me, with light warm ups/stretches. Sometimes I substitute a hot shower for my "warm up", but always try to stretch a bit before each session. I think I'll stop when I hit somewhere between 400 and 500 per day?

I was thinking of adding 50 every 4 weeks, do you think this would be okay?

Go as fast or slow as you feel comfortable. Just be safe.

Just go 30 minutes, counting is a pain in the ass. That's all I've been doing since I got it and I'm making consistent gains.
