does pumping do anything?

I heard pumping really doesnt do anything for your penis. I read that your penis is only enlarged for 3-6 hours is that true? if so how big would i be for those 3-6 hours if im only 5 1/2 in. long. if it doesnt increase your size/ girth what is the point of it?

Pumping is part of a long-term routine. It helps to stress tissues of the penis and make them grow back bigger than before. Just as long as it's done at reasonable pressures it is perfectly safe.

Hey Uberschwanz, does this go along with the theory about slow stretches for long periods of time, your body just adapts to the constant excercise?

I'll let you know I just got a new pump and tonight was the first time I used it. I am pumping as well as doing my regular routine. When your body adapts, up the stress or take a break for a few weeks, I had to and I'm damn glad I did, I have seen some new growth as a result of the break.

Yes, but just be aware that there IS an upper limit to the strength of vacuum that is safe.

Hey Loki, tried water pumping yet? Keeps you from getting sore spots on the skin. Stay with 3-4 in Hg, this is really all you need.

Decided to try to increase the size of my testicles. With the increase in size of my penis, they were starting to look disproportionately small. I had tried manual stretching and other exercises I had read on these boards and only succeeded in making the scrotum sack sore and irritate the skin. Well, if you have been following my posts, I have been a great advocate of water pumping. I thought, well, if it is this comfortable on my penis, why not try it on my balls. Works very well. Have been at this for only 2 days, but think this is the way to go. I had read about ball pumping and didn't know if I wanted to subject my jewels to this type of trauma. Water pumping of the testicles is an excellent way to go. I haven't noticed any difference as of yet, but as I said only 2 days into this, but will keep the membership updated.

I really feel water pumping is hands down the way to go. I agree also on the 3-4" Hg too, @ 5-6" it feels like I'm pulling my dick out by the roots, I know I'm conditioned very good, but it doesn't feel too good with more pressure, I'm also a little paranoid of the pump at this point too, but that will pass with time.

Man, and all this time I thought 10 was the one that needed to get a life. Do you do anything other than sit around and look at your dick and try to figure out something else you can do to the damn thing.

Having paid my dues in this life and unlike you want8, I have much more free time to try and devise ways for the members on this forum to realize the goals that they joined this forum to acheive.
I am always researching new ways to increase the size and mass of my package so that I can pass along the information and the do's and don'ts of PE.
I have a full and rewarding life. For instance; 2 weeks ago, the weather was a beautiful, sunny 86 deg. here in my slice of paradise. I loaded my dirt bike on my truck the night before and went up to my buddy's house in Campo the next morning. We had a total of 7 guys in our group and decided we would just ride across the Mexican boarder as it is wide open all along this stretch. We had everything we would need for a long ride packed in backpacks or taped onto our bikes. We left just as the sun was coming up. We road across country to the town of Tecate and on up hwy 3 to Laguna Salada. We followed the Baja 500 course to Valle De La Trinidad had a great lunch and headed back, getting back just as the sun was setting. All in all it was a great ride, no mechinical problems and plenty enough for one day.
So ya see, buddy. This old guy DOES have a life.

I'll detail my routine later on tonight when I get back in town. The thing that bugs me is I saw very good gain with my workout, now ???? I was shocked when I measured and saw nothing new. It has been months since I measured and I feel that I have wasted my time on a bad plan and that is what rattles my cage.
I'll start a new thread on my progress, I'll call it Loki's progress. there I'll post the replies to this post.

Forgot to mention: On the ride back from Valle De La Trinidad, after consuming 2 or several cold Corona's with that squeeze of lime, it got a little competitive. All of us are either old desert or Baja racers. So on the way back...I ate a pucker bush. Now, a pucker bush is any low growing plant that when you hit it, will grab your front wheel and make you go down hard. That's when your asshole puckers, hence the name. Yeah, got a little road rash, still picking scabs. Hee.

Been a week now Loki, haven't seen your new progress thread.

Haven't been ball pumping lately. A 2" cylinder, I believe is just too small. It seems to leave my testicles aching even at very low Hg and with the water.

Uber, you have the 2 stage cylinder, right?

There's plenty of space inside. It does ache a little after pumping, but I try not to overdo it and I use the same amount of vacuum as for my penis alone: 10 inHg.

10in. Hg seems like a lot for your balls, even for your penis. I pump to around 4-5 in. Hg and get all the expansion I want. Any higher than that and I get sore spots on my dick. BUT...with water pumping I can pump to around 7Hg without any soreness or fluid buildup.
