I'm new to this site and jelq. I tried it for the first time today and didnt really no what i was doing. I watched the lessons on it but still kind of lost. when i start i get hard after about 45 secs so i dont no if im suppose 2 stop or keep going. Im also confused about when i pull up do i pull the skin up or just like a tight stroke not pulling any skin?

It's difficult if not impossible to control how the skin slides. Just use plenty of lube and focus on pushing blood down the length of the penis.

This happened to me, when I first started Jelqing but went away shortly after. Not sure why, but my guess is just something new and figuring out how your body will react to the exercise?
