| How many times stronger is a PoweJelq than a hand jelq? I've read all different things on here, some guys are saying 3x, some 5x, some are even saying 10 times stronger, so if this is true, am I right in thinking that 100 power jelqs is the equivelent to 1000 hand jelqs? |

| I think you should stop trying to be so scientific about it and just do them.

| The PJ is definitely more powerful, but as to how many times or how much more who knows? I could care less because I just know it gives me a hell of a better workout than my hands to. Hands were made for stretching, in my sessions at least? :)
I think Ube hit the nail on the head by saying just do them.
Do 1000 jelqs with your hands and then to 100 with the PJ and see what you think? It will probably take a few days to reply because after doing 1000 hand jelqs, I would have trouble typing! |

| From what I see. The Jelq Device is just used for leverage. It's still the same basic exercise. I used to hand jelq. After a full year of hand jelqing. It seemed as if I needed a little extra umpph. My girth gains seemed to stalemate. The Jelq Device is just what I needed. I'm on my second set. Wore the other set out. I guess that's a good thing.

| My old girth routine was 500-1000 jelqs, 10 ferrari sliders and 10 supra slammers . It was a pretty instense and long routine. 30 mins with Jelq Device blows this routine out of the water. I barely noticed any girth gains until I started using the JD. Plus I don't use any lube so its a lot cleaner routine too. |

| I find it more difficult to keep a semi-erection with the Jelq Device. Does it work if one uses it with less of an erection? It seems to be more stretching than inflating! And how long should one use it for to see results? To speak the truth I am not yet so impressed by it - possibly because I am not using it so much. Any suggestions please? |

adamander:
You've got to have a good, firm but not rock hard erection. 80-85% would be ideal. I'm on my 3rd one and I SWEAR BY IT! Nothing else has done the girth trick for me but the JD. Yeah, the Uli's I think complement the routine but the JD is, in my opinion, far superior to hand jelqing of any kind.

| Kegel between reps like you would with an advanced manual jelq. Looking at porn always helps, that's pretty much what I do unless I'm really horned out and staying hard is easy. |

Aside from girth gains, can anybody atest of any erection length gains using the JD? Is the regular warmup + stretching + JD + kegels + warmup enough to see length gains or do you feel one needs to add extra exercises into the routine? I mention this because of other sites that sell exercise programs routines. Are those worth it?

| You should never pay for that kind of information. You have experts on this site. For uli's see: http://www.betterman.com/639-post2.html
As for length, what kind of stretching are you doing? Are you brand new to PE? If so, you may not be ready for the intensity of the JD yet. It is both intense and addictive because it is fun to me. What is your warm up? By providing more info, you will get great advice here. |

| Thanks for your response rocky6535. Here're my answers:
As for length, what kind of stretching are you doing?
Pulls on all directions for 30 seconds each. I repeat this twice.
100 V-Jelqs with my hand + 150 Jelqs with the JD + 150 Kegels
Are you brand new to PE?
I've been doing PE for almost 8 weeks. I received the JD two weeks ago.
... What is your warm up?
3 minutes warmup with a hot towel, the pulls I mentioned above & the V-Jelqs with my hands before I jump to the JD.

I'm just looking to find out if this routine is ok (given the time I've been doing PE) for girth & length gains. Thanks,
