Any ideas on penimaster problem?

Hi, tried making a piet and works but the end i use is off a captains wench, (bit to go just below glans), its basically some industrial velcro with two erasers on inside that grip sides of penis. Only problem with this is that the head goes numb within an hour. Is there any way i can stop this or can anyone tell me that penimaster is better? How long can you keep penimaster on without taking it off? Whats the cheapest i can get one and where? Thanks for all replies.
