| Using the JelqDevice while clamped? I've been doing a PE newbie routine for about 6 weeks now so I'm gonna start using the Jelqdevice next week, but in about 2 months time I've decided I'm going to start clamping. So would I be able to use the PJ while clamped? |

Beercan | You can do a search for threads on clamping and find plenty of info.

Beercan | Welcome to BetterMan,
I have been reading your posts, how long have you been doing PE? I hope you have some time under your belt If you don't please start off with some beginners routines before you jump into the advanced routines. It is good to read up on the whole subject, but please take your time and work up to the more advanced excersices.
I'm not trying to be a nose here, but I really don't want you or anybody else to hurt themselves by getting overly eager "like I did"

| Using the JD while clamped is just asking for an injury! I would really advise you to not try this. Injury city!

| cancel what my last post said. Now i have been PEing for over 6 months now and i can say i successfuly power jelqed while clamed for 10 min straight. Routine:
5 min warmup
20 min Power Jelq
10 min clamp
5 min power jelq
15 min Power Jelq while clamped
5 min warm down.
Try it if youve got some experience. i can really feel the workout. |

| I wouldn't reccomend this to my worst enemy. You may have had one successful workout doing this, but the next or the next or the next, watch out. The veins can withstand only so much pressure, and they will blow.

| I remind myself before each workout. If I push myself to injury, where are the gains... |

| thanks for the advice guys, i havent tried it since that one time. i just though the more i fill the chambers with blood, the more the tissues would have to strech and regrow bigger. i went back to normal PJ usage and everything is fine and no spots. |
