some observations

I've had my PM for a couple months now, I am very happy with it, and I have made some observations from using it.

To get a good non slip comfortable "strap-in", first I make sure I'm warmed up properly (usually use the PJ device for about 50 - 150 reps first), clean and dry. I powder up with a liberal amount of gold bond powder. I attach the strap a good centimeter or two below the head, get it really tight and then pull up the whole harness a little. Going low keeps the strap from rubbing against the edge of the head, and makes a good bundle of skin to prevent slippage, also pumps up the head. They key is to be able to wear the PM comfortably for a long period of time, so it is best to not get fixated on rod length. Using too long a rod setup will mean you will pull the head into the harness, it will be uncomfortable and you will keep needing to adjust it. Use the shortest rod setup possible while still keeping good tension (2 - 3 lines). Again, the key is to not pull the head through the strap and stay comfortable, to keep the head engorged and blood flowing.

To sum things up, the two most important techniques are strapping in LOW, and working up the rod length. I hope this helps anyone who may be having problems getting a good tug.

i have tried it that way too. it seems to loosen the base skin putting the tug on the base but it is easier to wear for longer periods without squashing the Glans.

oh, i also defintely use the "through the boxers" technique too, as shown on the pm device website's videos. This really reduces the amount of pressure placed on my balls and is much more comfortable for extended wear time. over the last few days i've been able to work from home and have worn the pm for 2 - 3 hours at a time very comfortably.

today I will have worn it for about 9 hours! sweet!

i usually wear the PM for an hour on then leave off for 15 minutes. this seems to help with circulation to the glans. i tried sleeping with it on but it would have to be at the lightest stretch to avoid circulation problems.
i use the PJ at night for 100-15 second reps for 1 hr 5 days a week, which seems to be increasing the blood vessels/veins in the base to middle.
this is my 3rd week, have you noticed any progress?

I've taken a nap with the PM on at lower pressure. I was nervous about it at first but its actually fine. I wouldnt sleep the night with it on though.

IMHO, 3 weeks is nothing. keep up at that intensity and forget about taking any measurements for at least six months. Seriously, the thing with PE is the gains are slow, you only have one pecker so its better to undertrain than to overtrain and risk serious, if not permanent, damage.

I learned about manual jelqs in 97 and did them off and on, bought the PJ in 04. I was never very consistent, but nonethless over the years managed to add about half an inch in length and in girth. That has motivated me to be more consistent. I'm doing about 150 - 250 PJs a day, 4 - 5 days a week. I got the PM about 2 months ago, wearing it as much as I can but with work and girlfriend (who doesnt know I'm doing this) sometimes I can only get 1 hour a day.

I'll measure in maybe 4 - 6 months and post my progress then. I just feel like constant measurement is a) inaccurate and b) leads to either false hopes or frustrations. I can FEEL and SEE my dick getting bigger, thats all I need in the interim since I KNOW it will slowly but surely grow. I think taking an "official" measurement every 6 months is the way to go.

Enjoy the process, take your time, be smart about it, and you will be successful. You wont wake up tomorrw with a 10" dick, no matter how hard you rub and tug.

i think i would be happy at 8x6 or 9x7 if its possible however long it takes.
