| I've taken a nap with the PM on at lower pressure. I was nervous about it at first but its actually fine. I wouldnt sleep the night with it on though.
IMHO, 3 weeks is nothing. keep up at that intensity and forget about taking any measurements for at least six months. Seriously, the thing with PE is the gains are slow, you only have one pecker so its better to undertrain than to overtrain and risk serious, if not permanent, damage.
I learned about manual jelqs in 97 and did them off and on, bought the PJ in 04. I was never very consistent, but nonethless over the years managed to add about half an inch in length and in girth. That has motivated me to be more consistent. I'm doing about 150 - 250 PJs a day, 4 - 5 days a week. I got the PM about 2 months ago, wearing it as much as I can but with work and girlfriend (who doesnt know I'm doing this) sometimes I can only get 1 hour a day.
I'll measure in maybe 4 - 6 months and post my progress then. I just feel like constant measurement is a) inaccurate and b) leads to either false hopes or frustrations. I can FEEL and SEE my dick getting bigger, thats all I need in the interim since I KNOW it will slowly but surely grow. I think taking an "official" measurement every 6 months is the way to go.
Enjoy the process, take your time, be smart about it, and you will be successful. You wont wake up tomorrw with a 10" dick, no matter how hard you rub and tug. |
