| It takes time to build up stamina in any shape or form. There will be no harm done if you take your dick out the stretcher and give it a massage and a few good kegels and jelqs to get the blood flowing. Then put it back on. Don't wait until it gets numb. Make a point of stopping every 45 mins.
Also don't put to much tension/stretch on it either.
