Thick_Dick Progress

Ok well , My BPEL right now as of 7-7-06 is 7.375 or 7 3/8. I am going to be doing a stretching routine. Basically ill stretch every single day , whenever I feel like stretching for as long and as much as I feel like stretching. I plan to measure again in 2-3 months. My main concern for right now is length and I will focus more on girth later on. But I will do some jelqing maybe if I feel like it while im in the shower , Also whenever I get a hardon I might do a little clamping at the base to make my cock hold more blood for a short period of time 2-3 minutes MAX. I will maybe also do some kegels.

Hold on there cowboy, since you're new at this, I would not recommend you jump into clamping. Clamping is extremely stressful on the penis and can do serious damage to an unconditioned dick.

I recommend you stick with the newbie routine for at least 6-9 weeks BEFORE you implement any advanced techniques (of which clamping is one).

Clamping is just whenever you hold around base of penis to trap more blood into it? Or is there anything else to it?

What you're describing is more of a Uli squeeze. Clamping is when you physically place a clamp at the base of your penis for an extended period of time, like 10 minutes or so. There's a science to clamping and it needs to be done methodically.

In any event, you NEED to properly condition your penis to handle this type of stress otherwise your asking for an injury.

Alright , well for now im just going to stretch , and do kegels. Maybe a little light jelqing while in the shower. I will post my results in about 2 months.

Thick Dick just do the newbie routine. We all know you want more length than girth. But if you get some length and gain some girth it won't be the end of the world. If you try doing any type of uli/clamping before your ready your going to be sorry.

A few weeks after I starte PE I did a few uli's. Well a vein on the side of my dick got really big, and purple and busted...And I couldn't do anything for almost a week.(waiste of time) Now I have a scar on there to remind me not to get over zealous and push my dick too far.

The newbie routine is the best thing you can do right now. You keep saying your going to do light jelqs if you feel like it...why? If your not going to commit yourself fully to this then you wont be happy with your progress.

Do the newbie routine, you'll get your quickest gains from it.

Slimthug is right.
I also did the Uli's a few years ago and burst a blood vessel. i have a small scar/discolored spot now too. so take it the exercises for a while, you dont want a spotted dick.

New update for BPEL , I was just thinking to maybe check my length to see if I made any gains cause there was nothing else to do... even though its only been a week..... but I have gained 1/8" in 7 days

I've not tried clamping. What would you use for the clamp? An elastic or leather cockstrap? After you clamp do you continue to PC flex?

There's an actual plastic "clamp" you can buy.......usually at a hardware store. Clamping never actually worked for me personally but the concept is great!

I believe you're supposed to PC flex while clamping.

Alright from here on out im going to do a daily report if possible on what ive done on my routine... IDK if ill be able to do it tomorrow though because im going to go over to a friends house and get drunk with her and a couple friends.. cause her mom is outta town with her boyfriend .. and her mom told her that she could not come with them lol. So well Im not gonna get laid , a blow job , a hand job or anything except for maybe a lapdance cause shes a really nice girl and her good friends wouldnt let her cause they know she'd regret doing anything like that if she wasnt drunk since shes still a virgin.

The Chicks mom decided to not go out of town... So I cant have a party and get drunk over there :( ... but well im gonna go over there some other day when her moms at work cause she's gonna find a ride to come n pick me up. But well Im not doing PE today because of the skin rubbed off of my tag its a little scabbed over today and its right under the gland where I would grip... I also have another spot right near the gland that I would probably have my hang over when im stretching too... but this spot I notice had a little blood on it and little bit ago...

So ill probably start back again monday if unless it is not healed good enough....

In the meantime. Do several warm up's during the day to help heal the underlying tissue. Apply a good ointment like Neosporin to the raw area, you don't want an infection.

You are NOT listening, Thick_Head. Keep your hands off of yourself untill you HEAL. Yes, do the hot wraps, use the Neosporin, DO NOT do any rubbing, tugging, OR Helicopter shakes untill the sore has gone away. This can take up to 9 days to heal completly. I have been taking a while to rest while my dick recovers 100% But so I took some corn oil that was in the cabinet and tried jacking today... to get a good measurement and to take a couple pics.... 7.500" bpel and well here are pics below.... and this is basically my starting stats since ive never really comitted to PE and when I did I had to take a break...
